Very good hotell, and very good located in the middle of Old Town Riga. Short way to everything. The only discomfort i experienced was the bed. It was hard as a rock. I didnt get much sleep. But the food in the hotell, the dinner is one of the best meals ive ever had. Highly recommend. If you are going to sleep here, ask for a good bed. And everything will be perfect.

This was the perfect hotel for a stay in Riga. Close to all the attractions in old town and tons of dining options. The air conditioning and free laundry were also great!

Quiet, super location and comfortable

The location of this hotel can’t be beat. Right behind the House of the Blackheads the Museum of the Occupation and Town Hall Square. Within a short walking distance to the Central Market, St Peter’s Church, many restaurants, souvenir shops and a mini market. The hotel also had parking so if you are driving it’s extremely convenient.

Nice rm and close to everything

The staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is fine, well located in the old-town, the rooms are clean and my room was spacey. I have to two things to mention - a) my room was on the 6th floor and the water pressure was superlow. b) EUR 25.- for a breakfast is definately too much in my opinion.

Room did not have windows to the outside, only to inner “atrium “ (= air shaft). Restaurant staff was friendly, but strangely sloppy in the way they went about their work.

The hotel is fine nothing more than that. It was very cold in the breakfeast area. The room was okay but again not more than that.

Honestly the outside architecture is kinda gross but the inside is very cozy.

The room was spacious, there was AC, and the staff were just amazing!

We stayed in one of the family rooms with an extra sofa bed. There was plenty of space in the room. The bathroom had both a shower cubicle and a large bath. The biggest downside for us was the extreme firmness of the mattress which my wife struggled to get comfortable on. The location of the hotel is great for exploring the old town. Really close to good bus / tram stop with a ticket machine. I highly recommend the 5 day ticket which is incredible value at 10 Euro. You can get the number 22 bus to and from the airport and save 30 Euros on taxi fares. The free DIY laundry room is also a handy feature for longer stays. The staff we dealt with were very friendly especially Viktorija.

Great staff

I did not appreciate the fact that I had confirmed reservation for Xmas Eve and the restaurant closed at the time of the reservation. No explanation or anything just sorry it's closed. We ended up having to get food from from rimi just so we could eat. Nice overall hotel but skip the restaurant!

I was very happy with my stay. The room was cute, clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. And the location was very central and close to everything.

Everything of hotel was amazing , the weather was rainy , so we stay at the hotel more than usual , the hotel also have a self service laundry , very good resturant and bar and breakfast , big size room , best location

5/10 - Non-Responsive to Service Issue The hotel facilities themselves were generally decent in terms of cleanliness, etc. Some of the staff were friendly and pleasant to guests, while others were at times dismissive or rude. The major issue we encountered arose with the room service. The hotel seems to often understaff their food services team, so that there is insufficient staff to deliver service in a timely fashion. We ordered room service dinner @ 8:45pm (restaurant closes 10pm), and were told it could take upto 90 mins because they were too busy. Despite our frustrations with that we agreed due to limited options. Our food ended up being delivered after more than 2 hours and was cold. When we expressed our disappointment the next day, we were told by a junior staff member that management said that it was our fault for ordering from the restaurant and they were unable to do anything aside from offer us a complimentary breakfast on our “next stay.” We asked for someone from management to contact us directly which they committed to do but never followed up. We were shocked at this management response and it marred an otherwise acceptable stay.

The location can’t be any better, the receptionist was so helpful and the services were amazing. The room is so clean and well furnished. There was a laundry room in the first level which was very useful. Loved the city, loved the hotel and won’t mind repeating my visit one more time.

Super expensive breakfast - $25 per person! Outrageous and the food was just ok!

What I expected from Hilton. Good place to stay.

This was a great hotel in a fantastic location! The staff were very helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable and there was a good selection for breakfast each morning. The location was simply brilliant as very convenient to enable us to walk around the old town but in a quiet location too. Would highly recommend!
