Hotel room very nice and clean

Staff was very helpful. They provided me a baby crib when i asked for one on check-in. Breakfast was good, room was clean and well-maintained.

The staff was super friendly, clean room, beds are comfy, close to restaurants and shopping stores. no hassle checking in or out and the rooms are affordable. I will definitely be staying there again.

The hotel couldn’t find the reservation. We had a traffic delay on our way in and didn’t have a lot of time to get ready for the wedding we were attending. I was misled on the website of the location of the hotel but I was going to deal with that. Then the attendant told me he couldn’t find our reservation so we had to leave and rent another hotel. He told me I needed to call Expedia when I asked for the number he said to google it. We didn’t have time for all of that.

It was a wonderful experience and mostly it was close to the Mississippi Aquarium where I was going

Along our drive from Florida to Texas, we stopped here for a good night's rest. We were blown away by the excellent service shown to us. Rory checked us in on arrival and he was the kindest, most helpful person. The facilities were very modern and clean. The room had an exceptionally spacious bathroom, and my kids were delighted with the 2-level sofabed (it is 2 twins rather than the typical double bed). There were quite a few restaurant options nearby for dinner, and the continental breakfast was full of hot and cold options, with something for everyone. We were really pleased with our stay here.

Comfy beds, clean room, clean facilities and nice staff. The breakfast is pretty good and the check-in and check-out process was easy! Stayed for 2 nights with my family and had no issues.

The pool was too small we didn’t get in it! Looks like a backyard pool for a home not a hotel. Breakfast could be better try adding sausages and grits’s but other that it’s ok.

The pros: The Springhill Suites is in a good location and is a relatively new hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were kind. Breakfast had plenty of options and was tasty. No issues finding a parking space. The cons: The biggest con is the rooms are strangely configured. Bathroom across from both beds means you are waking someone in middle of night. TV is mostly in the living area, making it hard to view from beds. Advertised that they had Max and they didn't. You need to log in to view anything besides a few basic channels. I would stay again even with the cons.

The property is in good condition. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I learned from the staff that you don’t need to pay the extra $5 per room on Expedia to get the continental breakfast which is complimentary with the stay. Expedia tried to sell something that is provided for free from the SpringHill.

The bathroom was a bit dirty. Believe there was a bit of blakc mold and the toilet I was in wasn't cleaned prior to my stay. Overall. Still a good experience and would come back
