Hotel staff was professional and friendly. The room and bathroom were very clean. Plenty of free parking. Location was convenient to Hyannis and Chatham. I will definitely stay there again !

Hotel staff were friendly and facilities were nice. Room wasn’t cleaned very well but most hotel rooms aren't these days. The only major cons for me were the lights and tech in the rooms. The light switches remain lit with a red glow when lights are off which is a pro to some but annoyance to me as I like complete darkness when I sleep. The alarm clock also catches interference and emits a buzzing noise so I had to keep it unplugged. If you have sensitive ears, are traveling with babies or find yourself getting a headache I recommend doing the same. I also disliked the sliding door for the bathroom. It leaves about an inch gap between the wall and door leaving little privacy. Other than these minor things highly recommend - it’s definitely one of the better more affordable cape hotels in the area and isn’t filled up with migrants or other undesirable long term residents so you feel safe and comfortable.

Renovated property that is nicely done and well maintained. Staff was very nice, easy check in with free WiFi and free continental breakfast because it’s off season. Overall , good experience and place that I would recommend.

I recently stayed at AiDen Best Western in Yarmouth, Cape Cod, and I must say, our second visit was even more enjoyable than the first. The concierge was incredibly accommodating, promptly helping us switch rooms when we encountered noise issues from the room above. The entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, from the friendly concierge team to the Jamaican ladies who prepared a delicious breakfast each morning. Every department, including the cleaning crew and security, was helpful and responsive, contributing to an overall excellent experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and warm hospitality.

It was a little outdated. We went to a show and got back to the room early. Couldn't figure out how to get the TV to work! Continental breakfast was very good.

It was generally a good property. The room has some small issues motley related to age and wear. The halls needed a vac and the common area near the door needed to be cleaned. I wouldn't normally mention these things but it wasn't a cheap hotel.

Nice property for a reasonable price great location

The staff was fantastic and incredibly helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. Nice easy walk to the water park as well as local restaurants and shops. Continental breakfast offered plenty of options including kid friendly ones. Definitely will book again!

AVOID- rooms are dirty and staff is RUDE. Also they decided to charge me the rate I agreed to with Expedia and then another $96. When I called they said that the rate Expedia offered me was wrong. NOPE- I agreed to pay you what Expedia said and NO more. SKETCHY SKETCHY SKETCHY

For the money the Aiden is excellent. The staff/owners are super friendly and accommodating. The location is great and parking is super easy. The rooms are clean and the breakfast included was nice. Will definitely stay again. Thanks for a pleasant visit!

My family and I loved our stay here at Aiden. Rooms were clean, and very spacious. We loved that there was an indoor pool and very close to the water/ inflatable park as well as walking distance to stores and public transportation. Continental breakfast was also a plus. We would love to stay here when we come back to the cape. Love from Boston!

Don’t stay here!!! Was supposed to be there 4 days but cancelled 3 days due to how nasty this place was. Room was dirty and mold growing on walls everywhere . Room smelt so musty. Couldn’t let me kids stay here!! By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Best Western properties are our normal go to hotel. Never have I ever see such neglect or care. Ruined our Cape Cod Vacation.

Rooms are very small and the bathroom is not in a separate room. There is no closet to hang clothes. No in room safe either. Room was almost never cleaned even after we asked the reception to send someone in. All these would not be major issues if you are staying for a short period, but we were there 6 days so it made it a little uncomfortable. Positives were location, very easy to get around and comfortable beds.

This hotel was a nightmare from the beginning. Broken toilet paper holder, broken towel rack, broken tv, broken phone, the bathroom door didn’t shut and the bed was all sand when I pulled the covers down. Had to switch to a smaller room at 9:30 at night. We were told we would be refunded a nights stay then it changed to $200 and we have no received anything as of yet. The manager will not answer our phone calls. Worst place I have ever stayed at.

Good area a lot of things to do around there

Rooms were clean and breakfast was really good. Liked the restaurant also, we had dinner there. Location is also good, close to nearby attractions.

Great place to go that’s calm and nice staff

Staff were excellent. Room wasn’t cleaned well, mould in the shower and the bathroom ceiling. Able to hear the noise from outside the rooms in the corridor and the parking lot. Possible safety hazard where there is no netting on the windows on the ground floor.

Everything was great. Room was spacious and clean, breakfast is included and was good. Lots of parking. Hotel location is also great. I would definitely suggest it to others, and would stay there again

Very understaffed, check in was delayed, got a handicap room somehow with no closet or hangers, bathroom door did not close properly, deadbolt broke, one chair, no luggage rack, noisy garbage truck in early AM. Other aspects OK but showing some age. Location was in the middle of south coast area.

Having stayed here before,decided to book for the PAN MASS Ride to stay for 4 nights. Got there 40 min early and tried to check in. There was noone at the front desk, but a line of people waiting to check in. The gentleman who works the front desk happened to be outside "smoking" while everyone waited. Was then told it would cost $50 to check in 40 min early!!! Told him "no way" and that I'd come back. That was a bit ridiculous as I wasn't there hours ahead of check in time. A couple other people also didn't believe it was $50 to check in early. Came back at check in time and was able to get my room. The room was clean, however, it was VERY damp. The toilet paper in the bathroom was wet ( it was VERY wet) as were the tissues, the towels, and eventually my bags I brought. There was a fan in the bathroom , but no switch to run it! Bathing suits never dried from wearing them ( 4 days and they didn't dry). You could see water stains on the bathroom walls. No ventilation at all ! We decided not to spend alot of time in the room since we didn't know if there was mold. We called for add'l toiletries and were told to "go find them from one of the housekeepers!" Housekeep we found didn't speak English. Finally we were able to get someone to give us the needed items. At the outside pool there was a man sitting behind the bar area. We think he was sleeping. No idea why he was there. Wish I could say it was a great place. Unfortunately, it lacked customer service big time!

This was our 4th stay in 4 summers. Our room smelled like an ashtray and the a/c unit did not work. Toiletries in the room were nonexistent, staff not overly helpful. Sadly, we will reserve elsewhere for next summer.
