The property is antique, I love it, very clean, nice receptionist, really good place to stay. no complaint.

Historic Miami Hotel. Conveniently located. We got lucky find free on street parking but parking could be an issue. The stairs cold be on issue for some guests. Overall a great stay and a bargain for Miami.

Clean room with modern bathroom, microwave, refrigerator, television with multiple cable stations. Easy access to Publix food store, Target, and Coral Gables trolley. Looking forward to returning.

Room was nice,clean and spacious. Street parking available,you do have to pay for it through an app/website.

This is not a hotel and as a customer I think that this company should not rent this hotel as it is called since it has no conditions it has a tremendous bad smell the carpets are wet and with a lot of bad smell the bathrooms are for a newborn child to bathe because they are very narrow and have no conditions of any kind

Great place for the price. Conveniently located near the heart of Cora gables. A 10-minute walk takes you to so many different dining options. Of course, it’s al old building and will not have the amenities a bigger, and newer, hotel will have but the staff definitely makes sure rooms stay clean. I’ve stayed here 2 times already and will probably do it again.

The Hotel feels clean and Cozy perfect for overnight stays, we always love to come here whenever we do quick trips in Miami it has a great location close to the MIA airport, close to many restaurants and stores, they were very nice and helpful during our stay

I really wanted to give this property five stars. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the attendant was nice and ready to help, and the location was perfect for what we needed to do in the area for one day. I love the old character of the building. I gave it one star because there is no parking available AND an ID and credit card were requested (although I booked online through Expedia), and copies were made without asking me first. I assumed the attendant just wanted to scan over my ID and card, but no, she immediately placed them in the copier and informed me that customers have been scamming them through online booking when I questioned her about it. Needless to say, this turned me off, and I was a little angry about it, even though the lady seemed nice enough. Make sure the security code is scratched off on the copy and check your credit card statements.

Room Cozy and clean room. Bed and bedding were clean and comfortable. AC worked pretty well. Bathroom was clean and all listed amenities were available. Shower area is small, just enough space to stand but no complaints as such. Check in was smooth and quick. Staff appeared cheerful and friendly. Overall - I really enjoyed the vibe. Excellent value for money.

It was good, however the water pressure in the shower is very low.

Easy place to stay. Helpful front desk lady. She insisted on helping to carry my suitcase upstairs.
