Excellent stay for the price. Newer facility with comfortable beds. We got a room with a kitchen and it was nicely setup and equipped. Would definitely stay here again.

Photos online are not accurate because condition of room looked much older and worn so this doesn’t match high ratings or higher price point since it doesn’t look like a new hotel inside room or like other Staybridge but hallways and lobby looked nice and modern and overall it was clean.

We were victims of an attempted auto theft in the parking lot. The hotel staff were NO help, no attempt to help secure video footage as the camera ‘doesn’t go that far’. DO NOT stay here unless you want your vehicle broken in to!

First it was not the room I booked. I was told they sometimes use stock photos and the room I thought I was getting was not available. The room was fine but the mattress has definitely been used as it has a major sag where people lay. Water pressure was not great. The staff were all very nice and welcoming.

It’s a good location and staff is friendly. However, we booked for 4 nights and our beds were never made and we needed to request clean towels because they were not picked up. Housekeeping needs improvement.

No one ever cleaned our room. We had garbage cans full. No towels that were clean no made beds.

This Overland Park hotel was convenient and sufficient. Conveniently located for access to all KC area activities, but not worth the current price tag. Nothing about the hotel was impressive, but it wasn't horrible either. I was happy with the overall condition of the property, but not with the level of cleanliness. Items were found in places around the room from the previous occupants, demonstrating that the cleaning staff were not anywhere close to thorough. If you're a business traveler looking for a sufficient space, and aren't particular about a clean room, then this place might be alright. I'll be unlikely to revisit this hotel with other superior options in the area.

This is a fantastic hotel. I felt like I was in a much more expensive complex ! Service, food, and rooms are all top notch! I will look for this brand when traveling from now on.

Found bags of fast food under bed from 2 years ago.. shower shelves were slimy. It was a suite and there was no silverware and maybe 3 cups.

Room assigned was either occupied or not cleaned yet. Given another room, was told the hotel doesn't have king size bed, as advertised in making the reservation stated.

Overall it was very nice, except for the pull-out sofa bed. The pull'out bed was terrible and they didn't have sheets for it either. I really wish we didn't need to use it.

The staff at the front desk was helpful and friendly. The lovely woman who serves the breakfast was enjoyable and worked hard to keep the guests happy.

It was a very nice hotel, the breakfast was great. Very clean and well maintained.
Our only complaints are the shower was so slippery, it was hard to get in and out.
And, why does every hotel have to have those quilted blankets????

The entire hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was very good. Nice variety and was also well stocked. The kids loved the pool, it was clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was well supplied and had everything we needed.
the only negative was we needed the pull out bed for the kids to sleep, and there was not any sheets, covers or pillows for it, but the staff was quick to supply them.

My stay was horrible. The customer service was horrible at the front desk. The young gentleman that works there during the day needs to learn customer service skills, and I paid a lot of money to stay .
