It is rare for me to wake up with aches and pains because of the bed, but this bed was so bad we could barely get out of it. The recliner was a race to the bottom.
We stay in the area frequently and this hotel is now on the never again list.

Upon entering the lobby, an odor of disinfectant combined with cheap room freshner was very noticeable. Despite free coffee and helpfull staff, it set a poor tone. Our room was clean and basic. But if the lobby was better it would change things. I also think the bright yellow, red and blue logo is cartoonish and cheap looking.

The hotel was one of the cleanest and neatest I’ve ever stayed in. The only issue was that the bed was very uncomfortable and I don’t know why.

The room was floor level which was great since we had our dog with us. The room was very clean. Breakfast was available to order (not free) which we did not take advantage of. Very close to the Scheels soccer/ball park. Close to many different resturants and amenities. We would def stay again.

We had a wonderful stay here. I had not heard of this chain of hotels before and was a bit wary, but the good ratings sold me. Very clean, most of the things in the room seemed to be brand new, the staff was friendly and helpful, and they even helped us add on an additional night last minute without having to change our room (and made sure we got the best nightly rate on it!). We were also traveling with two cats, and the pet fees were super reasonable compared to a lot of hotels. We will be back the next time we’re in the area.

Phone didn’t work in our room, there was no bar soap in the bathroom. The shower gel was empty. But the morning staff was very kind and helpful.

We have stayed here a couple of times before and it was cleaner. This time we found items in the room that were from other guests. The bathroom shower curtain smelled really sour. The bathroom also smelled of urine. Probably won’t stay here again.

Just wasn’t clean enough. Found hairs in my blanket when first opened. Hairs in the bathroom around the sink, and in the towels as well. Very gross. I asked for more towels and most of them were dirty too. They also didn’t vacuum the floor

we just stayed to sleep over and it was very nice for the night. Beds were comfy, liked having a kitchen to make breakfast (grocery store right across the street!) and our kids rested well for the next full day on the road!

I work construction and the week the heat index was over 100 the lady at the front desk had Gatorade waiting for us when we walked in . The rooms were nice , had several options for dinner close by and the price was hard to beat

Clean and spacious room. Mine had a comfortable recliner and nice tv with with Direct TV. Full kitchenette with large fridge, microwave and two burner range. No utensils or pots or pans so bring some or buy some. Hivee and Dillons very short drive. Lots of dining, shopping and entertainment venues within a few minute drive. For the price one of the best places i have stayed.

Newer hotel, nice for extended stay Everything good (shower, bed, towels, small kitchen with large refrigerator). Barking dogs close by within hotel :(. Bring your own plates, silverware, etc. Lots of trash left by workers in gazebo, but removed every night by maintenance. Recommend the hotel add mulch for a neater look in front flower beds.

Bed bugs!! My husband was bitten 3 times! Multiple hairs in tub, blood on bathroom floor. Shower curtain was filthy!!
