We were put in a room that shared a wall with the Starbucks in the hotel. The first night we were woke up at 5 with loud music and people banging equipment to get coffee out of the holder. I was assured they wouldn't open until 8 the next morning. Unfortunately they didn’t mention the music would stay on all night. Also the mattresses were very uncomfortable. BTW this room is rla designated handicap room.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean and the staff was very nice

the room was very clean and comfortable and had appropriate amenities. The only issue we had was the fact that our room overlooked Douglas Street, which is busy and noisy at night. Not much you can do about it, though.

It was definitely a clean room. The closet was designed in a way where you could actually step into it to get ready, which was very useful. It also had great lighting, a full-length mirror and metal drawers, which were very clever. However, the friendliness of the staff is what stood out to me. Literally from the moment we parked to our check-out we were greeted with friendly, helpful + warm staff members. There names were Robert + Kylar, I believe.

Good experience. Only issue was inoperative room coffee maker. It was replaced in a timely manner.

When I booked there was an option of a king room, and a king room without a window. I definitely didn’t want that and chose the regular king room. We walked in and our room was windowless. Bummer, but not a big deal. The AC didn’t work in our room but we didn’t discover this until we got back to our room after an event. They switched us to a new room immediately. Around 6am our alarm clock started going off! (Was not set by us, this wasn’t even our original room) ten minutes later the room next to us alarm started to go off but was not stopping. We had to call the front desk and someone came up and turned it off. There were a few hiccups in our stay but I’m not sure the hotel could do anything to prevent ANY of this happening. The main takeaway was they fixed every issue within minutes and very very friendly!

We enjoyed staying at this property. Everything is updated and very clean. We also enjoyed walking around the area for dining. We will definitely return soon!
