Very helpful staff , tho charged for complimentary water when checking out . Cut my foot on sharp tile , staff really good , arranging lift to doctors and paying for treatment of 7 stitches , unfortunately couldn’t go in water for a week afterwards so not a great holiday , and the tiles were fixed afterwards but a bit late for me

The room was dirty with hair and dust all down the side of the bed. The room was damp and smelt musty

We loved the rooftop pool with the most incredible view. It was easy to walk to town, staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our only complaint was the room was a bit dirty.

We really enjoyed our stay here, we even extended for a few days! The pools are amazing especially the rooftop one. All of the staff was very friendly. The room was nice. The area around the hotel was nice and it’s a short walk to a lot of good restaurants.

Very convenient stay in Ao Nang as hotel is 2-minute walk to the beach, and very close to many bars and restaurants. Really nice pool as well and great rooms.

The property is very nice with a great gym and pool area. The on site restaurant had excellent food. It is a short walk to the beach which has a long sandy beach lined with restaurants and souvenir shops. It is a nice quite area with beautiful scenery.

Everyone was very friendly and respectful. Nice and secluded location but still close to everything. Great value for the money.

I expected it to be clearer. Nothing bag either though.

Great location

Jaw dropping scenery from our balcony view of the mountainside. The roof top pool was also awesome! We all enjoyed the choice and variety of food available in the breakfast hall, soya milk was available if needed. The sea was only 5 minutes away, which was also very scenic, but the litter could have been cleaned more often on the beach. The reception staff struggled with speaking English, which was odd considering 75% of visitors spoke English? Overall, we had a fantastic stay, with hugh rooms and plenty of space, but the rooms are a bit dated and the shower rail needs a good deep clean. We would definitely stay here again due to the location and the breakfast!

I had the room with pools access and that was excellent. The bar food was also to a very high standard. The views from the rooftop pools did not even look real, it was so amazing. To top it off, a walk to Aonang Beach took less than 3 minutes! Excellent all round!!

Fab place. We had a swim up room, which we realised we hadn't booked, but they were able to accommodate us last minute. Staff great. Reps, although we were independant, were helpful. Love the share drop off box in the reception. Breakfast was average. Cocktails great. Quiet in room, comfortable beds. Great area.

On arrival at my room, the floor was flooded, floorboards were warped and peeling up and the bedsheets were stained. Taken to a second room which was also aged and smelt like a sewer. Third room still bad but I was exhausted so just put up with it. I think the photos must have been taken in the 1950’s because this place is seriously old and worn and it smells EVERYWHERE. Add to that it is a long distance from the main road and they inform you to walk only one way round as the other isn’t safe! Then, having a check out time earlier than any other hotel in South East Asia they wanted to charge me to check out an hour later! Lastly, the staff think it’s okay to just enter your room any time without knocking or reason. I would sooner sleep in a cafe than return here!!!

Solid stay at Krabi, I would say good value for the money. Room and hotel was clean and pleasant, however strange smell in the room and elevator. Hotel should have a free shuttle bus to main road or a beach as they are not in the center. I was trying to get one free at 10am but several staff I asked was trying to avoid a question by saying they don’t understand. I gave up and booked a taxi. Otherwise good place to stay for day or 2.

Very pretty rooftop pool. Worth the price. Would be better if the water in the shower is hotter since it has been raining everyday and it is very cold.

Nice hotel. The roof top pool was nice and has nice view of the area. We liked the fact that it is a block away from the main tourist street, so it was pretty quiet at night. Breakfast was good. We didn't eat at the restaurant as there are a lot of other choices in the area. We booked Maya Bay tour through the agency located at this hotel and although they are more expensive that other tour agencies, the service was great and we liked the fact that we arrived by Maya Bay before most of the other tourist boats. Overall a good stay but nothing out of the ordinary. Simple, modern, clean hotel.

Staff was so welcoming and friendly, very helpful. The pools were great and the rooftop pool in particular was so fun, would be nice if they stayed open later but I think we were visiting during low-ish season? Would absolutely recommend this spot to others and would stay agaib.
