Good location near Worlds of Fun. Not a lot of eating options in the area except Fast Food. Easy drive to downtown if you need to go to Power & Light. Breakfast wasn't the "help yourself" style. If you pay the upcharge you basically have to order something from the "Cafe" that is on site. Very Limited menu.

The hotel was fine, but one of the elevators was out of service, the ice machine on our floor wasn't working, the whole place had a slight sewer smell, and it was very loud. We could hear every noise from the floor above us and people were walking/stomping around all evening and by 7am.

Great stay, perfect for access to Chiefs game. Nice newer looking property. Very sad that the pool/ hot tub was closed. We were not notified of this and would have chose another hotel had we known. Otherwise great stay.

We stayed here as a little getaway for our 10 year anniversary! Was a great stay and have zero complaints!!

All and all the accommodations were fine. The blind that blocked out the sun/light was messed up. The a/c made a whining noise every time it ran.

This is the second time we have stayed here at Holiday Inn. The service is always top notch. The beds are comfy. Air conditioning works primo. The hotel is clean and cozy.

Great hotel. Very clean and new. Room was as expected no issues. The elevator didn’t work so we had to take the steps but it wasn’t a big deal. Great location.

Quiet & clean. Good size room. Front desk receptionist was friendly. Lots of parking. Would stay here again when in the area. Lots of things close by, even an amusement park.

Overall stay was great. Friendly staff, clean rooms and hallways. Only complaint would be the frequent loss in water pressure or lack there of. Would consider staying here again all things considered.

Crissy the front desk clerk is extremely rude and unpleasant. She would benefit more by NOT being employed in a hotel. Absolutely shouldn't be greeting/checking folks in.
The elevator button didn't work on any floor except the first so we had to call the front desk just to be able to get from the 3rd floor to the lobby.
The bartender saved this place's 🍑 period. He was stellar. Crissy on the other hand should not be employed there (her demeanor is bad enough that my wife refuses to ever give the place another chance).

We liked everything about the hotel except the breakfast! We got two adult breakfasts and got free breakfast for the kids, but the French toast was inedible- some kind of weird spice they used? The sausage was undercooked or just boiled but not browned. We left breakfast half hungry so had to spend more money elsewhere so we had energy for the busy day. The room itself was clean and appeared “fresh/new”, the pool was clean but older and it need of freshening up and more seating for non swimmers. Housekeeping was on the ball and tidied up our room when we were at breakfast. We came back and the kids asked “who made the bed??”

Excellent stay… I have the overall stay a 4 instead of a 5 only because only one elevator was in service which made for a longer wait during high traffic times.

The room was very clean, the staff were amazing and incredibly friendly. At night it was very quiet, and no loud noises :)

This Holiday Inn is tucked away so you may not see it from the main road, but it is a gem of a place. Very clean and the staff from the front desk and dining area were all outstanding. Now what really set this place apart from anywhere else I have stayed was the inhouse dining! My wife and I absolutely loved the food at dinner as we both got cheeseburgers and boy were they seasoned and very filling. Breakfast was not to be outdone as well. My steak bowl and her egg white wrap were absolutely delicious! We will definitely stay here again!
