Room was small, but we had a good view being on the top floor.

Great hotel with an upscale boutique-y feel. It was quiet in the midst of busy Honolulu. The pool and pool bar are lovely. All staff went above and beyond at every encounter. The one thing that could make the hotel more elevated is if they had a coffee bar (morning) and bar (evening).

The hotel is well situated in the middle of everything. Food, shopping, activities and beach. Rooms are very clean and room service very friendly. Lobby very clean and large. View in the upper floors is great. Pool receives an „OK“. Not really the nicest area, butbthisbis based on the architecture. In the fitness room they could place water supply and/or water as well as cooled town tissues/napkins. All in all the stay was very good. Thanks to the whole team

The front desk staff and bell desk staff are very nice. The location is also great. However, the cleaning is terrible. The bathtub was not washed so it was full of hair. The coffee cups were not washed and the coffee was not refilled. The cleaning was perfect, probably because the person in charge changed from the second day. However, if you aim to be a first-class hotel, I think it is not good to have even one sloppy cleaning.

Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I travel a lot. Very nice rooms, outstanding service. Every staff member we interacted with provided exceptional service.

We were first given a room that looked straight in to a parking lot, but thankfully Susan at the front desk offered AMAZING guest service and totally changed out stay for the best moving us to a different room. It made our whole stay!

The room I had for 3 nights on 8th floor was quite stuffy. I woke up a couple of nights and my eyes were itchy and I needed Zaditor eye drops. Air conditioning was not efficient, as much as I turned temp to 22 degree C, still quite hot and not much ventilation. Pillows were not comfortable. My floor is the only floor that has balcony and the weirdest is that I had the WiFi in my room but when I stepped outside to balcony, I lost my WiFi. A few of my visitors had the same issues. It sorta made no sense since the balcony is my room’s area.
Although, it’s pretty quiet facility ( as for review ) and the pool is nice with great service ( Yuki & Jarome ) are very friendly and attentive

The hotel is lovely and minimalistic. I loved the quiet ambiance amid the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. The amenities could have been at a higher level such as the coffee and creamer ( do not like powdered creamer) and water stations could be on more floors. The service by the staff was excellent and they were all very friendly & helpful in responding to our requests.

The location was also perfect, within walking distance of all the great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable, personalized experience!”

This was an excellent hotel. The only downside is the small beach area. However we drove to Lanakai or Kailua Beaches or we walked down to the Fort DeRussy Beach. This Hotel doesn't have the overcrowded feel of the larger hotels.

It was a perfect place for a 1 night stay prior to our cruise! We really enjoyed using the infinity pool and eating at House Without A Key. My son loved the fancy bathroom☺️

Excellent staff (front desk, bell boys, and mostly the room cleaners) and great hotel. The bakery downstairs is a MUST. I will definitely stay here again if i am back in Waikiki.

The views from floor 20 worth the upgrade. The Halepuna is a wonderful boutique hotel and the use of the facilities from the sister hotel across the street is fabulous . We have a new favorite Honolulu hotel due to the thoughtfulness and design of this hotel .

This hotel is amazing! Service was beyond impeccable, washroom was so clean and modern. Loved how they had wine tastings and shaved ice by the pool! The no resort fee was an amazing added bonus! Would definitely return!

Our stay at the halepuna was an amazing experience. The hotel was very clean from the lobby and our room! They offered great amenities such as renting out beach towels and bags. Every night we were there they also offered special items such as a wine nite and a shaved iced that was free for hotel guest. The hotel was also walking distance to the beach, stores, and eating spots. Me and my wife will be booking a stay here again next time we visit!

Really nice hotel with higher than normal tech in the rooms. Had a great view of the ocean! Massive hot tub and infinity pool were a bonus. Would stay again!

One of my all time favorite hotel experiences ever! Traveled here for a wedding and stayed here solo, they made me feel like a queen! From the welcome Prosecco, to the bath robes, to the comfy beds and 5 star service! Absolutely loved every minute. Conveniently located near shops and restaurants, and walking distance to the beach down a little alleyway. Water fill up station ice machine was so great. The pool was also so beautiful and the staff up there was attentive and friendly. I can’t say one negative thing about this hotel! Thank you for an amazing stay. Will be back!

The ocean view was spectacular. I came with my sister and we had an amazing time. 10/10 recommend checking out the bakery next door. The hotel was the perfect location and the pool and bar are amazing. When we come back I’m staying here again
