Our stay was not very long, property was clean and beds were comfortable. We did book a king bed room and ended up with 2 queens because they said they didn't have any king rooms left so that was a bit of a bummer but not a deal breaker by any means. There was a wedding going on at the event center next store that was a bit noisy as well. Not the hotels fault by any means though. Would definitely boom again if we end up traveling down that way again!

Well for starters they never knew we were scheduled to have a room. After waiting over 1 hour we were finally checked in. BUT now I have multiple charges on my card for the stay even though hotels.com already charged me. The charges are slowly coming back to me BUT the reason this all started is because hotels.com never told the hotel we were coming. I even checked on expedia.com trying to get a confirmation number only to be told not a valid email. BUT hotels.com emailed me my invoice without a confirmation code for the hotel. We are very unhappy with hotels.com and I sure hope to retrieve all of my funds since I do see more are pending in my account. This is not something I needed to do while returning back to work. It is taking up my valuable time. I have never had issues with other hotel booking sites. Steve Maddox

Week long softball tournament. Hotel was very nice and staff was friendly and accommodating. We have service dogs and it was no problem for them to stay with us. 2nd floor and close to stairs for easy in and out for potty breaks. Will stay again.

Excellent from check-in to check-out. Slept through breakfast, so I can't speak to that, but the rest was great.

This was a quick family stay during a road trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was mostly clean, although a dirty cleaning rag had been left on the desk and the walls throughout the room and bathroom were stained. One of the dresser drawers would not stay closed, we had to prop a suitcase in front to keep it closed. There were also not enough towels in the bathroom but the front desk staff was great to get us what we needed. Breakfast was subpar, what you'd expect in a hotel but was fine for what we needed. We were there less than 12 hours so it was fine for what we needed it for.

Room was nice and clean. Hallway had stains and noticeable pieces of trash/dirt. Air conditioner was good. Bedding was nice but bed could’ve had a bit of support. Staff very nice and friendly.

Perfect amount of space! Our 8 month old could crawl around & we still had room for the pack & play without feeling crowded.

Nice hotel. Nice value. Nothing nearby in walking distance but a good spot for a general stay. Near Carmel and not far from Broad Ripple area.

Room was great, market and after hours snack selection was terrible! Worst continental breakfast I have ever had!! Sausage patties you could hear snap and break when bent!! Sausage links was like eating cardboard. All meats OBVIOUSLY microwaved and not cooked and someone needs some training on how to use a microwave!! Would be better not to offer anything than the food they serve!!! Hotel is nice room is great!

Only stayed one night but i would definitely stay again. I’m pretty picky so I would recommend this hotel
