The hotel staff are super friendly and they try everything to help out. The rooms are very clean. Breakfast is great. Location is close to the port, restaurants, etc.

What a great hotel! Clean and very open and breezy. The staff was awesome, helpful and so nice, anything you need they seemed to have. The breakfast buffet was great, something different every day in addition to the usual stand-bys. We just can't say enough nice things about our stay. La Isla is right off the main street and very convenient for walking.

The location of the hotel was very convenient to dining, banking, and tour booking agencies. Very walkable for those who like to get their “steps” in on a regular basis. The hotel itself is very eco friendly and modern. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We had a fabulous room with a large deck and an oceanfront view. It was spacious with a large rain shower. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the restaurant was very good. Loved our stay here.

My boyfriend found this hidden gem. We loved the location of the hotel because it was less than 10 minutes from the port and it was in a hidden in a quieter area. Blanca, Ramon and the rest of the hotel staff were always friendly, courteous and helpful. After a long day, they would welcome us back with a friendly smile. They genuinely cared about your experience on the island. The hotel rooms were beautiful, clean and comfortable. The two floor terraces are also beautiful, it set a nice backdrop to unwind and soak in the fresh air. Love the view of the waters on the second floor. The only con that I would have is that their wifi was very slow. Hopefully they have fixed their problem.

Beautiful hotel with beautiful views in a great location. WiFi was weak, but it is in all of the island. Staff was helpful and nice! Very clean.

Owner of the place is a very aggressive person. Asked us for a fee because we has some own whiskey in the terrace. We asked only for cups , lemons and ice and for this he decided we need to pay 20 USD. His attitudes we make us to never come back there neither recon and his place.

I was extremely happy with my stay here. The room was very nice and new and the entire property was very clean. It was convenient to town and restaurants and the staff was so very kind and helpful. Their English skills were excellent. Even though I was late for breakfast, they still served me a full breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel la Isla is an amazing hotel, Blanca and staff were the best. Hotel located 100 yards off the Main Street, fish market very close. Central located. Needed a covid test to get back to the USA,?? blanca had the rep come to the hotel, test results in a hour. I did not write much but this place is fabulous. Going to the Galapagos? Stay here

The hotel is amazing! The rooms are comfortable and clean, especially the bed. The view of the ocean is beautiful. The staff are so nice, they helped us with everything. The location is good, 2 minutes from the center and 4-5 minutes to the docks.

Excellent hotel and great location close to shops and restaurants. Hotels restaurant was excellent. Owner were very helpful and welcoming. Room was spacious and clean. Would definitely stay there again!
