Our recent holiday ended at a hotel we chose mainly for its two-bed provision – essential for my teenage daughter and me. Unfortunately, a hotels.com issue and poor internet caused our preferences to reset. Although this problem didn't originate from the hotel, the staff's handling of the situation was disappointing. They seemed indifferent and offered a complimentary breakfast as an inadequate resolution. While the hotel boasted modern aesthetics and cleanliness, it fell short on noise insulation. Our street-side room was constantly disturbed by city sounds. Additionally, I faced issues connecting to the Wi-Fi, forcing me to rely on my mobile data for work tasks. Despite its cleanliness and style, my experience suggests that this hotel doesn't offer sufficient value for the cost. Better service and a more customer-focused approach can often be found elsewhere in Alicante at a lower price.

Clean, close to the beach, and eco-friendly. I enjoyed my stay and wouldn’t mind staying again.

Clean but wouldn't recommend. Parking is not valet and garage is just a local one they send you to. No parking in the street in front to unload luggage. Laundry service was extremely problematic as we specifically said we needed it returned by the next night as we were leaving the following morning. Despite assurances by staff we were waiting for our laundry at the checkout. The staff seems to be one person trying to keep the ship afloat. Go elsewhere if you are looking for four star service. This place barely rates two. I know the rating for hotels is more based on the facility than service but still.....

Comfortable, well located hotel. Staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. There is a strong ecological focus here.

We really enjoyed our stay. I liked that it's a small and cozy hotel in this great location. The interior design is unique and calm and the staff very friendly. In the room I could here everything that was happening in the hallway, and also some noice from the busy street outside, so that was a minus for me though.

Very sanitised atmosphere. no character. Expensive looking TV, but most of the channels were not available, including no English-speaking channels. No flat surface in room upon which to place items.

This hotel is so cute and chic. We had a really good experience. We were also upgraded to a junior suite because we had a noise in our room that wouldn’t stop. The service was great. The only thing that could be better was the water in the shower, it could not get warm enough for my liking.

It's a small hotel so it's great that there is not over crowded. The staff are amazing and so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing and a nice variety. This was our second stay at the hotel and would stay again and recommend to everyone

The girl in the reception was very nice, and handled all questions and problems extremly well!

I booked at Hotels.com , I really wanted to relax in a bath, seems silly but that is just a treat to me. First I booked another very nice hotel 50 meters from this one that is 5star. But as this one was a little cheaper and had a picture of a bath on Hotels.com with the room I cancelled my other booking and took this one. I asked about bath. They said no but I can upgrade for another 30 euros. I pointed out pictures but they still charged an extra 30 for bath and even though it was all nice it is no way as good as the Hospes de Amerigo hotel where we were booked. I feel they should not if charged me for the extra 30 euros and because of this I would not return as i do not feel a valued customer.

It was a great experience. There was a mix up with the room we booked, thinking it included a bath tub. Apparently the images on hotels.com doesn’t correspond with the hotel, so just beware when you book a suite :) Great service and staff always friendly!

Stayed 2 days, first time in Alicante. Hotel was good, clean, nice room. Belen and Rebecca who we met several times per day in the reception were fantastic! Outstanding kindness, helpfulness and service - never experienced anything like it before. Thanks to these 2 ladies Hotel Serawa will be my first choice for my next stay.

The hotel should not be categorized as a 4-star hotel, the only thing that looked nice & taken care of was the reception. The corridor was not clean and the room was not clean. It feels like an Ibis room. The hotel has no parking, and I emailed them before hand and to be quite honest they replied me explaining that they have an agreement with a specific parking to get a discounted parking fee. The annoying thing is that they knew I was arriving on a public holiday, at which the police would block the roads to the area where the parking is located, but whoever sent me the email was not bothered to tell me that bit. This was annoying, cause the girl at the reception acted as if its common sense that I "a tourist" should know. The only positive thing about this place is its location. To be fair its ok if you're ok with something lower than 4-star standards.

Great location - 2 blocks from the beach and esplanades. Many restaurants nearby. Rooms look like photos on the internet - small but clean and functional. Breakfast offers very limited selection- so I won’t buy as an add on to the price of the hotel. WiFi was frequently unavailable and hard to access. Rooms are eco friendly - so they only have refillable bottles of liquid soap- which was empty in our room and did not get filled when our room was serviced. Pretty important to have hand soap during COVID
