Arrived after midnight and the gentleman at the front desk couldn't have been nicer. The room was beautiful and so clean, the bed very comfortable. The lobby also smelled so fresh and clean. Have marked it to stay again when in Ashville

The facility looked to be new. The room was very clean and comfortable. However, our room was right next to the elevator which made a lot of noise in our room every time the elevator was used. And our room was on the street side of the hotel at a busy intersection so street noise was also an issue. When I checked in it appeared that the front desk was training someone so I didn't get the chance to ask for a quiet room. I was also disappointed that there was not free coffee in the lobby in the morning. Had to buy Starbucks instead.

This is a fantastic hotel only a few minutes from the Biltmore estate. The staff were super friendly, and the rooms were clean and updated. I wish it offered free breakfast, but otherwise it was great.

The general manager, Bogumil Stys, was super! His staff was exceptional, breakfast goods delicious and our stay superb. He was very engaged with all duties of the hotel each day that we observed.

Very convenient to where I was working. Room was comfortable and clean. Liked the layout and access of all power ports and chargers. I will stay here again next time I am in town. Onsite restaurant was simple but good

I have never stayed here prior to this visit, although I have visited Asheville often. It is an excellent property, in great shape, comfortable rooms and amenities AND a great price. Can't beat it and the surrounding options for shopping, eating and drinking. Thanks

Location, cleanliness, and comfort were all good at the property. The only disappointment was coffee was not complimentary in the lobby when we checked out and KCups in the room were not generous; not surprising, given the presence of a Starbucks in the lobby. However, over the course of two weeks of travel and stay at a number of hotels, the Courtyard Biltmore Village was the only property that didn't offer complimentary coffee (in fact, at all others, both complimentary coffee and breakfasts were available). This, despite being Marriott Rewards members.

Only negative is they didn’t have free coffee in the lobby. They had coffee makers in rooms but not the same. Rooms were super nice and very clean. Beds were comfortable and loved the huge shower!

Like a roadside motel. We ordered u. Because there was room service info in our room. When it came with no utensils they acted like it was a huge imposition to get us some plastic ware. Also No internet or WiFi info in room and the remote barely worked. Very disappointing for the cost.

We liked everything. very classy and clean. Our room was beside road so it was a little noisy. we spent time in room watching tv so wished for a foot stool to put our feet up and small table beside chair to put our drink. But overall we would recommend to our friends. Thank you

The staff was excellent…. The hotel was so clean and smelled fabulous…. The room and bath was so clean, quiet, bed was comfortable and loved the small sofa to watch tv …everything smelled so fresh…. The location was excellent…. Can’t say enough about everything….I would recommend to anyone💕
