Located one stop away from Schipol airport which is convenient. Amsterdam is a small city so it was easy to get to central.
I was really disappointed with the level of cleanliness. There were crumbs and pieces of food in the kitchen cupboards when we arrived. The shower looked like it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned eg. there was dirt in the corners. The toilet also hadn’t been wiped down properly. Service is also really slow and reception staff aren’t very proactive.

At 12.30 a.m. someone entered the room and woke me up from my sleep, said check and closed the door

The hotel was perfect for our needs and all of the people at the front desk were so kind and accommodating. It was truly ideal for our trip to Amsterdam!

I think it is the best choice if you are traveling with family. Kitchen and two bathrooms! Train, metro, and tram stations are all nearby. The only problem is that you don't get housekeeping service if you stay less than a week. So it was pretty tough to keep it clean for several days. Desk service was always satisfactory.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was so clean, nice, and comfortable. Only a few steps from the tram, and a few mins walk to the metro station. The location is only a 10-min ride to the city center. Front desk was so nice and welcoming, and my teen kids said the gym was the nicest they've seen. I highly highly recommend!

The property is exceptionally comfortable and well located. It has convenient services like the gym next door and is close to a couple of supermarkets and light rail / train stations to move about.

We had a great stay- the apartment was large, clean and functional. The beds were excellent and plenty of pillows to choose from. The front desk staff were able to assist me in calling a local venue whose website was malfunctioning. This was going beyond the basic check in and check out. The easy access to the Zuid station made getting to the center of town a breeze.

The hotel was really nice. Very safe. Bed was comfortable. One note, it was very odd to us that the shower was just in the corner of the bathroom with no inclosure. We did cook while we were there and it had all the necessities to make it possible

Lovely 2 bed apartment. On the outskirts but just a short walk to the metro so very convenient. Very comfortable beds. Had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Location is slightly outside of the major tourist attractions but close enough to take the trolley to old Amsterdam. There were plenty of groceries and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were very nice, polite and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was quite spartan. Bring your own salt and pepper. It would have been helpful to have a microwave.
It’s about 12 minutes from the central station which takes you out of the crowded areas but close enough to get to where you want to go.
It was a very secure and safe place to stay.

Very new and clean property. Apartment was large with washer/dryer in unit and a big window letting in lots of light. Elevators were quick and the building secure, requiring your key card to use elevator. Located in the south end of Amsterdam, but close to transit options. Quick transit ride to the airport. The whole area is being developed and is a busy area for students at the university, and lots of businesses close by.

Our family of four stayed in a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment for 3 nights. Check-in was fast and straightforward; local government tax was levied upon checkout. Great views of the business district from the apartment. Metro, tram and train just a couple of minutes’ walk from apartment — journey into the city centre was maybe 10 minutes. Also, there are a good number of restaurants and bars in the vicinity, along with a supermarket. Took us a day or two to realise the light switches double as dimmers. Perfect for a long weekend break.

We had a very spacious 2-bed adjustment with two bathrooms. Located on the top floor, we also got a beautiful view.

This was our second time this year at this property. We love the location and the amenities provided. Public transportation (bus, tram, metro and train) all within 10 min walking. This property will be our choice every time we come to Amsterdam.

Premier Suites was a perfect place for our stay in Amsterdam. It was spacious, comfortable, clean, safe, and located in an interesting area outside the city center. We would definitely stay there again the next time we visit Amsterdam.

Hotel was clean and very well soundproofed. There was construction going on across the street and it could not be heard unless the window was open. Staff were pleasant and there’s a tram line right outside the front door along with a few groceries, restaurants and a train station all within walking distance.

PS Amsterdam is very well located for access to transport. Easy walk to the Metro and train.
The rooms are a very good size, with a dishwasher and washing machine. Furniture is bit minimalist , however after requesting an extra table, as we has a tiny table with 2 chairs, Jeremy arranged a desk and desk chair to be brought up to our room. The rooms are only serviced once a week, and this a very basic service. Linen and towels are changed and floor is swept, and garbage emptied. Dirty cups etc are left for you to clean yourself.
Jeremy and Lyndsey are exceptionally helpful in arranging daily clean towels and also helped with advise for information in the area.
We would stay there again as the position is perfect

This was the perfect hotel for us. The suites are spacious and well-equipped. The location is steps away from the tram and an 8 minute walk to the train station. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were very helpful.

Either hotels.com messed up or SHAIF at the reception desk doesn’t know how to read an account. I just paid TWICE for this room - once to hotels.com and once to Premier Suites. When checking out, I was told I owed the full amount of the room (although I had already paid hotels.com). SHAIF told me they hadn’t been paid by hotels.com, so I needed to pay the full amount. I think that’s what he was saying. There was a huge language barrier. While trying to understand each other and debating about whether or not the bill had been paid, i just paid it AGAIN because I was about to miss my train to the airport. Well, I did miss it - so thanks to SHAIF, I had another problem to deal with. Anyway, the room was very nice and had everything… I’m just furious about having to pay double. I WILL be getting a refund from someone.

This property is in the south part of Amsterdam. If you learn how to use the public system, is magnificent. There are many supermarkets and restaurants around. However, a supermarket nearby only accepts payments in cash or by payment method Maestro. We had an apartment of two bedrooms two bathrooms and it was very nice and well equipped. All the equipment worked perfectly.

We had a very clean and spacious 2-bedroom/2-bathroom unit. It was around 30 minute walk to the Van Gogh museum, although the Zuid metro station is right across the street and provides rapid access to downtown.

Great place to stay for family with teens. 5 minutes walk to Metro. Apartment was spotless, spacious and very comfortable, it was also a bonus was having a washer dryer. There was a gym and sun terrace on top floor. Communication was also excellent.

Been looking forward to staying at the hotel as office is close by, but last year have not brought much travel unfortunately. However a really great place to stay in the Zuid area and the apartments have all you need for a short stay or a longer stay. Great service at reception and give you all the information you need. Some good places to eat in the area and we love the foodcourt which offers plenty of choices.
