A really comfortable room in a good location, particularly useful for accessing the airport as the Silver Line Way bus stop is literally around the corner. Service was excellent and really helpful to us considering the times we arrived and wanted to get to the airport for. Breakfast was good too.

Beautiful hotel and view. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Lots of restaurants nearby. Their breakfast is good and carries enough choices. (Saw adorable robot delivering lunch food to tables.) Area felt safe and clean to walk around. Close to dock for those traveling on a cruise. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay at the Hyatt. The hotel is clean, friendly staff, great breakfast in morning. I would say the only downside is the noise from the concert venue across the street.

First trip to Boston for sightseeing and when asked the staff was very helpful. Location to rail lines was great.

How close it was to the water

I had a great time. The room was amazing but the internet was not good. I was disappointed because I brought some work to do and I had to go to the lobby where the internet was working. I think the manager should solve the problem because everyone relies on internet connection to do most of the things. But other than that it was amazing.

Planes taking off began around 5:30am but we are early risers so it didn’t bother us!

We loved the cleanliness and size of the rooms. We enjoyed the rooftop deck for a drink and the great view and the morning breakfast was great.

Beautiful room, friendly staff

This is a nice hotel and the complimentary breakfast is a huge bonus - excellent choice of food and plenty of it! There were a few things that could do with improving but nothing major and nothing that would put me off revisiting if I was going back to Boston. The hotel is around a half hours walk from the centre of the city, but it’s a pleasant stroll and flat. The bus stop is just behind the hotel if you don’t want to walk. It should be noted there is a concert venue across the road so it can get very busy outside and there will be quite a bit of noise in the outside spaces from mid afternoon into the night. In the room our major complaint was the shower. The force of the water was poor at best and the shower head was too small making hair washing a challenge! The outside spaces at the hotel are lovely and a huge bonus to come back and relax in, after a day of walking.

Overall an amazing experience staying here! The staff are very kind and welcoming and the area feels so safe and lively! 12/10 recommend

Nice, modern hotel at the seaport. Quiet, walkable area with lots of restaurants and great harbor views. Hotel had spacious rooms, comfortable beds, nice views, free good breakfast, rooftop patio with firepits and lots of amenities. Self parking at $15 across the street was fantastic.
