The decor was interesting and funny

Great place and great location. The room was very nice and it’s a great idea the free frigobar service. Fantastic amenities and there is also a fun chromotherapy showers. We had breakfast on the rooftop, great service. When we arrived, we were welcomed by a receptionist at front desk. She told us about the hotel, and then she walked us into the room. The room was small, but very very comfortable. My wife and I loved to stay at this hotel. We will stay here again next time in Milan.

The staff is incredible! We were celebrating my friends Birthday and they went the extra mile and decorate our room with sweets and a nice note! The food at the Dome is incredible! The rooms are so cute and fun! I would stay here over and over again!

Room is excellent, clean, complimentary water and drinks. My wife loves the pink room and sweet treats, unexpected surprise for her.

We paid for a larger room and did not get one. The room was so small there was not a place to open our luggage.

Overall it is a nice hotel with good location, clean, friendly staff. There were two issues, however, which should be fixed. One cannot take a shower without flooding half of the bathroom. More importantly, the shower floor is extremely slippery and there are no railings in the shower. For elderly people, this is a dangerous situation, one can easily fall which can result in injury. Less importantly, there were no glasses in the rooms and when we asked for one, we got paper cup. This is not 4 stars.

I had a junior suite. It was the pink marshmallow decor which was surprisingly adorable and somehow relaxing! The toiletry items in the bath are amazing. The breakfast on the rooftop is among the best breakfast food I have had anywhere in Europe. Fresh croissants, fruit, cereal, and a choice of freshly made omelette or pancakes. Absolutely delicious. The staff is very friendly. The absolute only downside is there are two very small elevators and one wasn't working while I was there. Lots of walking the stairs for me. But on the bright side, I got lots of steps in!

My favorite and the best hotel in Milan. Great staff with the highest quality of service. Wonderful breakfast on the roof and fantastic dinner on the 2nd floor. Everyone should stay here.

This place was such a nice surprise. I felt like a princess and my boyfriend was comfortable too. The complimentary body products, drinks and coffee were wonderful. The staff was courteous and very helpful too. If we come back to Milano, I would love to stay here again.

FABULOUS hotel!!! The staff was so so nice and friendly! We stayed in many hotels on our trip and this was our favorite! From the cleanliness to the super fun decor and amenities, we felt so spoiled! We loved the awesome bathroom, the cute Smeg fridge and all of the personized details of the hotel! They really knocked it out of the park! The rooftop restaurant was very good, the location was perfect and the room service was fast and delicious!! I can’t rave enough about this place! You HAVE to stay here when in Milan!! 💕

Let’s begin with the Positive: The idea of the hotel is novel in Milan & the room was interestingly decorated. Location, in the heart just a few steps from the Duomo. The Negative: The hotel is very recent & that SHOWED on every level! I believe they should have waited a bit to sort out the “MAJOR” issues before deciding to open & charge high prices for what appeared like a trial or test run of the property!! Examples : they were really understaffed! & the one person who spike good english was unfortunately the doorman (Christian) the rest were pleasant and made effort to understand but it starts to get hectic after a while when it affects your schedule and work! There was NO number or menu for room service & the number provided on the screen is wrong so U have to call reception to order from a non existing menu! Breakfast after ordering -personally- at the reception since we had a meeting the next day it did NOT arrive & when after waiting for almost 30 minutes we called for the SECOND TIME it was clear that they had zero idea so I requested to be cancelled because we had to leave they said ok but the showed up with breakfast not one person but 4 no trays carrying most items by hand!! Very uncomfortable to watch, & they did not understand what was said we obviously could not eat it most of the food - Travel day, we ordered PERSONALLY from the restaurant manager yet again they forgot it & we had to call. And we paid full price for the breakfast which did NOT match
