The hotel itself is nice and well-run. Unfortunately the area feels very unsafe. We had to drive to a restaurant that was within walking distance to avoid risks.

Such a great place to stay, big comfy beds, fairly quiet and convenient location.

Although the hotel is excellent place to stay I found that parking is limited, breakfast is quite good compared to other hotels,very clean and quiet, the only issue was that the maid left our door open and front desk apologized saying he will report to management, wouldn’t issue receipt at check out because I booked through Expedia, time to change your policy

Very nice hotel, included breakfast. Cleanest hotel Ive stayed in. Would recommend. Parking was a bit worrisome, given the area,but they had their own parking. Didn't see anybody loitering around which was nice.

The hotel itself is very nice - we have stayed here before. Great breakfast, bed is comfortable and room is clean. There are many nice restaurants near the hotel and it is obvious that the city has made a great effort to revitalize this area - beautiful buildings, upgraded streets and parks. However, the homelessness seems worse than when we were here a year ago. Many folks pushing carts with belongings, sleeping in the parks, groups gathered on street corners and back lanes. A little intimidating to be walking in the evenings.

The included breakfast was excellent! Every one was always busy and did a good job! There were quite a few homeless people in the neighborhood but the facility was great!

We've stayed here several times over the past few years. Recently was a short two day stay but it wasn't the greatest experience. Firstly, we paid for a high-floor room and requested a quiet room to do day-work. The room we were given was one with a connecting door to the next room. Naturally these type of rooms can have sound travel more easily, and unfortunately the next door family had a crying baby. Secondly, breakfast quality and variety has dwindled. No fruit offering except for bananas. Plain oatmeal. Hard burnt omelettes, chewy sausage, and stale eggo waffles. Lastly, on our last day, we noticed the duvet had various brown stains. We hadn't bothered to check as usually the sheets are clean and fluffy, but the top sheet had pulled back enough that we finally noticed. Service though was what we were expecting and the internet was stable the whole time at 18-20 mbps up/down.

I was in PG staying at the hotel to be with my oldest brother who died 3 days later. Staff were aware of this and especially considerate. The rooms are well set up, big tv with lots of choices, a small menu for room service and more amenities than I could use. I will certainly go back to this hotel when I am in PG in October.

Great place to stay, very clean, breakfast was good, property was great. There are homeless around, however it’s not as bad as some make it out to be, after reading other reviews I was expecting worse, but was very happy with everything. This will be the place we stay anytime we’re in PG.

GOOD STUFF : Rooms are impeccably clean and well refreshed AirConditioning is awesome ! Bed is comfy ! Bathroom is squeaky clean Living room space is so convenient The Placery has hot sauce ! This is delightful BAD STUFF : Allow vehicles to back in ! Almost got into a collision back out twice. This Parking Policy needs to be re-considered to allow backing in. Its a lot safer for practical purposes The breakfast egg choices are hardboiled or srambled patties ONLY - can a person request sunny side up eggs?

Upon arrival the front desk staff weren’t inviting or friendly. The lady at check out was pleasant though. A hot tub would also be nice lol

There seems to be a homeless shelter next door and we had to leave quite a bit of our belongings in the truck but the parking lot had security and the hotel desk said they would also keep an eye on our vehicle. Everything was all good, good price and breakfast included was perfect.

Beautiful facility in an area that is being upgraded and cleaned up currently there is still a number of homeless in the immediate area. It will get better.
