Shower door broken, front service staff were unfriendly and not welcoming, didn’t appear clean in shower.

Did not receive room service or fresh towels after the first night.

Family trip to state fair. Was a nice stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was descent. As a free breakfast it is what you would expect from any other Hilton property. Pool was nice for the kids. Bed was comfortable. It was softer than most hotel rooms.

Wife and I stayed for a little anniversary getaway. Our stay was great. Elisha at the front desk was super welcoming, great hospitality! Room was great, smelled fresh and clean. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Nice clean hotel located in a great area

-Check-in was quick and easy. -Door into our room doesn’t lock on its own when you leave. You can just push it open. We used the deadbolt for security when sleeping but felt uneasy any time we had to leave the room for the day because it was always unlocked. We were able to get it to lock once by slamming it really hard, but didn’t want to disturb the whole floor by doing that each time we left. -Pool was really clean, a great facility, but the water was way too cold. Would recommend turning up the heater. -Only 2 treadmills and one is broken. -Sliding shower door was broken when we arrived (appears to have come off its track and was not properly reinstalled.) -Room was always too warm or too cold. The A/C system was extremely loud and woke us each time it kicked on. -Reserved 2 queen beds but instead they were double beds. Not ideal for a group of 4. -The only coffee provided in the room was decaf- does anyone actually drink that stuff? -Iron wasn’t working. Nice lady at front desk kindly delivered new iron to the room for us. Very much appreciated her prompt response. Ironing board cover (black) left a huge black dye stain on my brand new white blouse. So disappointed. :( - The “hot” breakfast was cold each day. Yogurt machine was broken. I alerted kitchen staff but he didn’t seem to care and didn’t bother to put up a sign or anything. -Batteries were dead in TV remote. -Decent location but I would not say this hotel is anywhere near worth $300/night.

Overall the hotel is in a nice quiet area and is clean. We had just a few issues, minor but worth noting. First, there was no shampoo in the bathroom. They have big bottles with pumps on them mounted in the shower along with conditioner and body lotion. When I asked the front desk to get more, they said they were out and it was on order. Seems to be a pretty bad situation to be in for a hotel. Also, the door on our room didnt open or close very well and would have been almost impossible for a small child or elderly person to operate which could be a safety issue. Lastly, on a sunday morning, the breakfast offering was pretty slim with many of the warm items being out.

The stay was great. The room was clean and large and the staff was all very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is in a great location. Safe neighborhood within walking distance of several restaurants and a grocery store. Room was spacious and clean, but there was no conditioner in the dispenser and no sheets/blankets/pillows were in the room for the pullout sofa (and this was a king bed only room so more likely to be used than with two beds). The room was “cleaned” once while we there which only consisted of the trash being emptied, dirty towels removed and replaced with clean towels. The bed was not made, the conditioner was not filled, and no sheets were put on the sofa bed even though we had the mattress pulled out. The breakfast was ok - not great but fine.

Booked a one night stay for my family due to my oldest daughter graduating. Check in process was smooth. Front desk attendant was wonderful. Room was very clean. The next morning at 7am housekeeping is knocking on my door wanting to know when I am leaving. I am trying to get myself and my children ready for graduation. Checkout isn’t until 11am and I’ve paid for a nights stay at the hotel. She came back to the room two more times! We left the room at 8:45am and we barely were able to get out of the room and she was rushing into the room. I thought this was very rude and so therefore I probably won’t stay at this location again. I won’t recommend this hotel either as I think this was very rude and unprofessional.

It was a great stay. Close to friends and family. Breakfast was good and area is big enough. Had a great stay.

Overall satisfactory however, there was no handheld shower or shower cap.

The property was clean. Adequate parking. The check in was easy. The noise was terrible. Mostly the guest but also loud refrigerator. The breakfast was terrible. Didn’t accommodate the breakfast schedule for the fact that race fans and early baseball players etc left before breakfast at seven. Every hotel we have been to has had to go bags with muffins granola bar and fruit. Coffee first day was very good. Second day they ran out and then seemed watery.

I liked the out door sitting area, however did not get to use it byt lived that it was there for guests to enjoy and grills to cook on! The gentleman at the front deak when we arrived was very informative, and helped as needed. Very friendly as well!!! Great stay over all

Staff was amazing Checking in and out using the app was so easy. The location was clean and well maintained.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Staff were wonderful. Will likely stay at another home 2 Hilton in future.

They transferred us to a different hotel. Perks not included. Dissatisfied I guess not w the hotel but the fact that after an expensive booking we got less than what we paid for. Thus the bad rating is not about the originally booked hotel but the whole experience

Such an easy check in and out process! No need to stop at the desk when you can use your phone as your room key! Very convenient.

Front desk personnel was very helpful. The pool was closed for cleaning, but she gave us another nearby hotel for my grandsons to swim. Room was better than expected. Great amenities, comfortable and clean.

I loved all the counter tops in the room! So spacious and comfortable.
