I have a fabulous stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing. They are very welcoming and accomodating. It’s about a block away from El Centro. Great restaurants and shops around the area. Would stay here again!

Great location and excellent personnel

I've stayed at site numerous times. The hotel is close to everything. The rooms have AC and temperature control is good. Furthermore, the noise level is typical - however , I always use ear plugs and have no problem sleeping. Lastly, breakfast is simple yet satisfying.

Friendly staff, specially Angie. Clean and acomodating suites. Welcome and thank you gift per guest. Close to most important places at walking distance.

Amazing staff… they were very helpful, kind and made my families stay feel safe and effortless. Also the staff was well versed in English and was able to communicate with us all. This will be a place we will return to when we return. Very centralized and was very quiet.

The staff are exceptional, we’ve never stayed anywhere in the world where the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Great location for many of the historical sights, really good food options nearby as well. Again, the staff made our stay a 10 .

I chose this property for the good reviews about the great service and amicable personnel and honestly my husband and I were not disappointed so if we travel to Morelia in the future we will be back to this Hotel.

We were staying at NaNa Vida while in Morelia for a family wedding. All 12 of us could not say enough about the welcoming, friendly, helpful staff who work there. They went above and beyond themselves to ensure our needs were met and our visit memorable. The location was ideal, we felt safe, had restaurants, banks and shopping all within an easy walk. The lobby/courtyard is lovely and works perfectly for meeting up with your travel group. NaNa Vida is excellent value for your travel dollars.

I really liked the room I stayed in, it was clean and spacious. Customer service is excellent! Front desk staff "Dulce" was so polite and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back. I will say that inside locking system for room needs a little update.

Beautiful and cozy boutique hotel with an amazing staff. My wife and me stayed for 5 nights to celebrate our anniversary, and we had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff,, and the 2 ladies (Angie and ?) who cleaned the rooms/property were amazing and provided excellent service. The provided us with a free room after a night flight and arriving at the hotel at 7 am, so that we could sleep for a couple of hours until our booked room was ready. Flowers were placed in our room with a “Happy Anniversary” card. Coffee was brought to our room as soon as we woke up, and we were always greeted with genuine kindness and offered a free drink upon entering the hotel. The room was cleaned every day and stocked with clean towels even tho we didn’t ask for it. A big shout out to Mariana, Viri, Luz and Dulce from the front desk and the cleaning ladies Angie and ?. Thank you ladies so much for everything you did for us and to make our stay unforgettable. Thank you for the chats, laughs, and the genuine kindness. I highly recommend this hotel and will be coming back here for sure.

The staff are all so sweet and made us feel so welcome. It was our 1 year anniversary and they left us a bouquet of flowers with a card. We wanted to explore the city without our bags after we had checked out and they were able to stow them without any hassle. We loved every minute of it and will always stay here on our trips to Morelia.

Not only is this a beautiful hotel, but the staff made a huge impact on me. I was greeted every time I walked into the lobby and asked if I needed anything to make my stay more comfortable. I would definitely come back and I do recommend this stay.

NaNa Vida in Morelia was a great experience for my family and I vacationing from California. This place felt literally like home, it’s not a big hotel but then again they have a lot of staff that were always available to attend the needs of guests. All the staff Dulce, Mariana, Viridiana, Luz, and Osvan and the house keeping from Lupita were exceptional! And above all the hotel itself is clean, beautiful, and very close to the Cathedral, the architecture and vibe transports you back to history. There’s so much more great things to say about this hotel, but the name speaks for itself it’s a boutique hotel, I would definitely recommend to family and friends or anyone else who wants to enjoy their stay in Morelia. They also have hotel in Oaxaca and Mexico City which is our next vacation destinations so definitely will be looking to stay in these hotels.
