The property is absolutely beautiful. It’s close enough to everything but far enough to provide a tranquil environment. For me, the highlight was the friendly staff from Louisa and Carlos at the front desk to the wonderful breakfast staff. I was very impressed by this hotel that had been recommended by a number of my friends

Good property with a homey feel. Lobby and dining area very welcoming and the outdoor patio a great feature, perfect for breakfasts. Bedroom was adequate looking out to abundant greenery. Quiet area that ensures a good night’s rest, but close enough to restaurants and bars. Fairly hilly around the hotel which might be a problem especially coming back uphill.

The place was beautifully decorated and impecable and the customer service was superb!

The staff were terrific. The location is A . The Hotel is tucked away but close enough to walk to great food and bars. However, the room quality was not worth the ratings. Perhaps they put us in a bad room B2, but the beds were so firm that I woke up with numb arms and shoulders. The Wifi was terrible. It would kick me off randomly throughout the entire stay. Lastly, the hot water in the showers took ten-plus minutes to get warm. Growing up in a desert I couldn't stomach wasting so much water. Beds, Wifi, and warm water are too important to rank this a four-star. Everything else met that ranking.

The Lettera was truly a great place to stay. It’s close enough to all the food places and nightclubs but yet quiet enough where none of that will be a burden. The staff is truly top notch, any and all requests were complied with and they went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The restaurant inside the hotel is truly amazing as wel. The food was superb! Should I return to Medellin I’ll be staying at Lettera again.

We stayed here for 9 days. Very happy with how things turned out - the breakfast was delicious, area was safe, and the staff was amazing.

WOW! One of the most incredible hotels EVER! Staff is wonderful, the location is awesome, you can walk on the zone and feel yourself secure. Food is delicious, rooms are beautiful! This hotel is simply one of the best experiences you will get in Colombia!

This is the second time that I have stayed here and the people are so friendly and very welcoming. The hotel is clean, the food is good. I am super satisfied and will stay there in February when I go back.

Hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood. Uber or taxi is recommended as it is on a hill. Walking down is possible but going up is a bit challenging The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was great and plenty. Room modern and comfortable. The only downside is that it not have enough drawers. Good TV programing and excellent AC. The staff during breakfast was great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The proximity to Provenza's clubs and various restaurants was convenient. The highlight was the exceptional customer service; Christian and Jorge went above and beyond to ensure our time in Medellin was perfect.
