We stayed one night to celebrate our birthdays. The room was clean but a bit small to have a king sized bed in it. The need was comfortable but noisy. When rolling over, it was loud enough to wake up my wife. Breakfast was good but there was not enough seating so we had to eat at a side table with. A lamp on it. The hotel was clean but the location was very noisy with sirens going by all night long. We probably wouldn't stay here again.

The stay was great. The only issue with our room was its location. We were next to a highway exit, so we could hear all the road noise and cars racing at night. It was very loud where our room was located.

I've been on the road for several weeks staying at many hotels and this may be the best one i've stayed at. Quiet room with a nice view of the mountains, comfy beds and king size pillows (many hotels skimp and use small pillows nowadays!) nice shampoo and conditioner in bathroom too. Can't forget to mention the amazing breakfast. I had a waffle with chocolate chips, rainbow sprinkles and oreo crumble! Only complaint is someone had set the alarm clock in my room so I ended up unplugging it. They were accommodating to my dog and had treats and toys available for purchase in addition to lots of snacks and drinks for us humans too. Didn't use the pool or gym but both looked great although i think the spa was closed/out of order. If i'm ever in the area again i'll definitely be staying here!

The hotel was clean and relatively modern with a solid breakfast. The charged us $75 for 2 small dogs which was about $50 more than most other hotels so that was a negative. Make sure to ask in advance before assuming they will have a reasonable rate for pets. The room was also not very sound proof. We could hear people speaking in the room next to us and we could also hear the traffic. That was a bit of a surprise as most new hotels have fairly sound proof rooms.

The hotel was clean, modern and updated. Unfortunately it sits right at the edge of a major street, so there is some traffic noise. The window of my room faced the street. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The amenities were clean, modern and inviting. My only real issue is the matress in my room was extremely firm. Being a side sleeper, it was very uncomfortable. Aside from the matress issue for me personally, I would still highly recommend this hotel. Convenient, clean and appeared to be a safe area of town. As a retired police officer, I never got a negative feeling that you get when the area seems crime ridden. I would definitely recommend for a family friendly hotel.

A comfortable stay, neat and clean, no complaints really. The window could be better equipped to prevent the street noise especially we were on the 2nd floor and next to the street side, it could be noisy sometimes due to passing traffic.

This room was very load with street noise and could not sleep at all. Need to get our money back. The service person said you booked from a 3rd party and yon need to contact them.

the free breakfast was offered but there was very limited food and most of the food trays were empty. They offered cereal but dud not have milk. They did not even have cutlery or plates and people had to wait for them

There was something about this place that was just perfect! The common areas are so inviting. The room itself was clean and so comfortable. All around excellent. Breakfast in the morning however...even though they say it goes until 9, there was no pancake mix, fruit, syrup, or even milk for coffee or cereal by 8:45. When I begged for milk to add to my bowl of cereal, I was told "breakfast is almost over"...We had also made waffles and were told if the syrup's gone, we were too late.Fix the breakfast attitude and this would be a 5 star!

We arrived late so didn’t have a chance to explore the area around the hotel. It looked fun as we left the next morning. Very clean room, very comfortable beds and great options for breakfast. Hotel was having an issue with keys but staff was so kind and helpful!

Fun hotel. The only bad thing was that the shower and soap dispensers needed cleaned better. Also, the soap is too high for my kid to reach and it's too hard for him to squeeze the bottle. I need to remember to bring my own soap next time. The sink was also clogged.

The hotel staff was nice and the hotel room was fine, but I just need to make a comment about the breakfast, which wasn't good. There were no forks, the scrambled eggs had black bits in them, and the juice was warm. I believe the hotel was short-staffed, but unfortunately left a bad impression on me and my family.

The main reason I chose to stay at Tru-Hilton was its close proximity to Lindquist Field. I attended a baseball game there that evening.

My request for handicap room was granted, however the room was in disrepair. The darkening shade had fallen off and was lying in the window sill, the handicap seat for the shower was just propped up in a corner by the toilet.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the property and with the friendliness of the staff. I was disappointed with the noise that came from 24th Street all night long.

I did not like that the housekeepers completely ignored my room requests for housekeeping for my weekend stay even when asked directly.
They parked in front of my room for two days and didn’t even freshen a towel.
