Bed was hard as a granite slab, TV didn't work, restaurant has very limited menu. But pretty clean and quiet.

Super clean and comfortable with plenty of room to work for a business trip. Lots of options at breakfast too! And Tiffany at the front desk was so helpful when I needed something printed.

Everyone was helpful and courteous. We stayed during the onset of Hurricane Helene and we were nervous but the staff was wonderful and accommodating, our room was clean, and very comfortable.
I would definitely stay here again.

Great place but I reserved 2 queen beds they didn’t have any so they gave me one king bed and sofa but it was sold out

So my stay was so amazing from the soft comfortable beds to the amazing shower and restroom was clean. Also the pool area was amazing. The hotel was a fabulous stay just for 1 nite before my cruise. The only thing if you don’t have a car it’s nothing close to go for food except this 1 place.

Great hotel. Enjoyed the breakfast which was 100x better than typical free breakfasts. Room is absolutely spotless and just overall a great choice for any type of stay.

Cleaning of rooms did not happen during my entire stay, so its a wonderful property but maid service is non-existant not sure but this might be a covid affect policy that hotel has used to their advantage

Breakfast was excellent, room was clean(they clean the room every two days), property was quiet, pool area was clean and relaxing, staff was very helpful with whatever you needed, bar has a lot of selection of drinks.

The only con I had which might not be so bad for any other person was if you order food you have to go get it from the lobby yourself because of the way the elevator is set up. You have to use your key card to activate the elevator and choose the floor you are going to that’s why your food can’t be delivered to your room door.

We got a upgrade to a suite, it was very comfortable to our little family. It has a full size kitchen, equipped with kitchen utensils and pot and pans, microwave, oven and a full size fridge.
Even the hotel is near the airport, the room is very quiet, and its just what we needed to lay our heads to rest.

Great stay! The staff were all nice and very helpful. Room was very clean. We stayed on the weekend so we got to try breakfast and enjoyed it. It was close to the cruise port (which is what we needed) and the airport. It was also within driving distance to several other areas. Parking was good too. I guess the outside isn’t great because it is kind of in an industrial type area but who cares? You’re not there to chill outside.

I loved everything about this hotel The receptionist, Tiffany, the maintenance man the receptionist jazz deleted it clean the building at night. Everyone was wonderful. Definitely will be staying at this hotel every time I come to Tampa.

This property was impressive , clean , quiet , convenient. The pool area and outdoor patio were quaint . The breakfast was delicious more upscale than other free breakfast places.

I arrived early in the morning, and because of the sold-out status, they had no rooms available for check-in early. The front desk, Stephany (I hope I spelled it correctly). She went beyond her duties to make me feel comfortable and worked with the late-arriving cleaning crew to get my room clean and ready. The new hotel has a decent, balanced breakfast and shuttle service on time no need to spend money from or to the Airport !

My room overall was very nice. In the bathroom the drywall near the shower was peeling and looked very tacky.

The hotel was great. All staff was very attentive, friendly and welcoming. The location is great and super close to the airport. They do offer a shuttle service to airport which is nice. The room was so clean and maintained.

We reserved the hotel for a weekend gateway, loved that fact that is close to a lot of places 10 to 15 min, the beach is 30 to 45 min away. The room was nice, clean, had everything that i need it and the bed was comfy. The bar opens from 5 to 10, had 2 drinks and they were good. Pool was nice not super big but it didnt get crowded at all. Not the party vibe if that what u are looking for. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff members were very friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful. I also appreciated that the location was very close to Tampa international airport. This will be my go-to hotel when I visit Tampa.
