The room will be small amd it is doubtful 2 person can open their luggage at the same time. However, the hotel is quite new with facilities which are good for people with a lot if gadgets. Not only do they provide usb plugs, cables are also provided. There is also a plug that supports universal standards. That saved problems for international travellers. Not to mention access to netflix through tv in the room.

Location, hotel staff,hotel conditions are excellent but the bed was so uncomfortable I had backaches. Since room is on small side the massage chair was not necessary.

Stayed overnight to see Kobe and stayed here because it’s right next to train station. However the area isn’t nice and quite dirty. It was in bad part of Kobe. Now I know not to stay here . The room was very small and did not feel clean.

there is a viewing lounge on 29th, free entry from 11:30am. Massage chair in the room is a plus! Night chocolate in the room as well ( also a small freezer is available.)

From the thoughtful welcome gift to the impeccable cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenient location above the JR station, every aspect exceeded my expectations. The highlight for me was the rejuvenating massage that helped me relax after a long day of walking. It added a special touch to my stay and made me feel truly pampered. I also appreciated the hotel's dedication to eco-friendliness. To further enhance their sustainability efforts, I would suggest adding an option for guests to request a garbage cleanup service in their rooms. This initiative would not only provide guests with a cleaner environment but also actively involve them in supporting the hotel's eco-friendly practices. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay. Will definitely return!

Lovely, modern, clean hotel with all the amenities and very good value for money. Best shower we've had on our trip! Excellent location! Only downside was that there was limited space to store our suitcases in the room, but there were some storage solutions which were handy. Could also do with extra lighting around the sink/mirror area.

Very convenient hotel, located at 3 different train line at Sannomiya. Lotsa food and shopping options around the hotel. We also took a stroll to Kitano area (12-15mins). Very modern look and clean. Amenities are available at the lobby which is very eco-conscious. However getting to the hotel can be a challenge as some of the subway map do not show the hotel location. But once you get to the hotel, moving around is a breeze.

Location is great. Rooms are compact, but very functional. Restaurant and bar on the 29th floor is very nice.

The room is clean and good. The location is near the train station and I only need to spend less than 5 minutes to walk to the station, really nice!

We got upgraded to corner room, slightly bigger and better views of the city. Many choices of amenities with several self service desks.

As remm plus Kobe Sannomiya is a property above the railway stations, the noise due to operation of railway trains sometime cause nuisance to guests but this is still acceptable.

The staffs are very welcoming and friendly. The room is clean. Room complimentary are great. Good air-conditioning, very quiet. The only thing I would recommend to improve is to add self-laundry machines.

The room is quite small but very efficient. However, one thing make me not so happy was the bed sheet has a little bit blood on it, which make me feel not comfortable for their cleaning

It is a awesome 3-star hotel at a convenient location. Front desk staffs understand English. There is a massage chair in the room. Downside is that the room is too small and a bit pricey, compared to other hotels in the same location.

REMm Plus Hotel was very modern. We enjoyed the massage chair to ease sore muscles. Hotel is convenient to shops and restaurants. Terrific view of the city from the lobby and our room. The only drawback was that in-room coffee was not provided and nearby cafes did not open early. Luggage racks were not provided but would have been appreciated.

Perfect location above the Sannomiya train station. Fastest check-in ever. The views of the city from the room are amazing. Lots of shopping and dining within Walking distance. Wish I had more time!
