The front desk staff at check in was rude and unhelpful and gave us wrong info.

The bed was super comfortable. Style of shower was nice. Check in was very pleasant! We checked in, we slept, ate breakfast & left.

The front desk attendant on Saturday October 19th was rude to us. First we had to wait a few minutes for her to come to the front desk. Didn’t like the way she talked down to us. Then we got doubled charged $20. So $40 total. Then we had to pay for parking? Why? The lot wasn’t even close to full. What a joke.

This Fairfield Inn stay was not the best. We moved into the room, changed clothes and unpacked. After about 15 minutes the power went out on one whole side of the room, which included the TV. The person at the front desk assigned us a different room on another floor but said there was no way to give us a discount for the inconvenience. It was a considerable amount of trouble to repack our bags and move everything to a different floor.

Modern, clean, and comfortable hotel with exceptional staff. Monica was especially knowledgeable and very friendly. We originally chose this property for the convenience of the airport shuttle as we had different flight times and dates. Unfortunately, the shuttle service was discontinued in June. The hotel staff was very kind, professional, and Jeannetta assisted us with arranging alternate transportation. Uber/Lyft runs about $30 to the airport and to downtown from this location. The hotel is in a safe area and within walking distance of many restaurant options. It is also near the bus stop for public transportation into the city. You can purchase all day tickets for $5.50 in the RTD my ride app and switch to the mass transit rail line for no additional charge.

Hotel was good while there for soccer tournament. The pool was ice cold. Little kids didn’t enjoy it and soccer girls used it as an ice bath.

The website states there is an airport shuttle which was discontinued 3months ago. It cost me $100 to get transportation to and from hotel. If I had known this I would have booked another hotel. Add that to your room costs!!! There was a letter stating this in the elevator. A lot of good that does someone that needs to get to the airport.

The hotel was very nice, but I had asked for a room with a king size bed. We were given a room with two queens. When I went downstairs to rectify the matter, the person at the front desk seemed bothered by my request, but she did fulfill it.

We were unable to stay here. We arrived at 2am (because traveling!) and we were told upon arrival that our room was no longer available, that we should have been called or informed around 11pm - we were on a plane. We needed to go to a different hotel in Fort Collins after traveling all day. It was very unpleasant. I did speak with the AM and GM and they were both very helpful and responsive to these concerns. But, my note to the general public is to make sure you check in, or contact them if you plan on arriving later in the evening.

Never, ever stay here. Just a few highlights: no airport shuttle (even though it says they have one on the website and on the phone!! Cost is $60 to Uber to the airport), got the wrong room, reserved one with two queens, got on with one king, no pull out side, nothing), no working outlets in the room, no batteries in the television, charged us for parking (didn’t have a car, hence the Uber to the airport), possessed television that turned on randomly all night (told the desk manager, he said I was the tenth person to tell him that). I could go on but will save you the litany of complaints. Just stay at the Courtyard next door and save yourselves!! (They have a shuttle!)

We stayed at this hotel because we could leave our car there while we were on vacation. The staff was very nice and helpful and the room was very nice. If you need a place to stay and want to leave your car before your flight, this is a nice hotel.

The property is new and therefore, nice. It is a typical near the airport property. We had a stressful experience as the site said there was a shuttle service to the airport and when we checked in and requested to reserve a seat for an early morning flight we were told they no longer had this service and we should take an Uber. They said the service was cancelled a month ago but it takes a while to update their site. ( there were three shuttle vans sitting in the driveway).

The hotel stopped shuttle service from the airport and failed to notify guests who were already booked. This was the one feature I looked for when booking. I found this out only when I called to tell them our flight had been delayed and we were getting in at 1 AM and find out if the shuttle ran 24 hrs. They said they would note the account for the late arrival and informed me about the shuttle no longer running. Our flight kept getting delayed and we arrived at 5 AM. Instead of being understanding and accommodating, the receptionist gave an attitude telling me they could’ve released our room since I didn’t notify them. I told her I did call when our flight was first delayed. That shift never notified the next shift and she still insisted it was my fault. The receptionist in the morning shift was much nicer and very helpful which is the only reason I gave this hotel a 2 star.

I booked a king bed suite but I got a standard king bed room. And manager replied me that they need to take care first for their members so they have allotted all suites to their members. Then what is the sense to make the reservation. And I paid for suite. They spoiled my vacation.

As I walked into the loony I was greeted with a warm and sincere welcome to the Fairfield. It really made me feel at home and the kind person was name Leann and she made it very easy to check in. The night executive was also very professional and polite but I unfortunately didn’t get her name.
Will recommend Fairfield to friends and colleagues. Thanks.

Hotel website lists free airport transportation. Hotel ended this in June but never let anyone know. Guest is expected to provide their own transportation which adds about $80 if you need to go round trip.
