The staff at Tru Hotel was very friendly and helpful.

We come to Cartersville at least twice a year. This is our first time at this hotel but it won’t be our last. This hotel was very clean, had friendly staff, quiet area but close to everything. Most of all, the room was very comfortable and I’m hoping I can find the pillows online to buy for my home!

The keys did not work the entire three days we stayed. The front desk staff handed out master keys to everyone which was reckless. We were not safe

Upon checking in everything was amazing super nice hotel friendly staff breakfast was good. The only thing I would say is the floors were very slippery in the room. I’m going with it being a little warm and then the condensation seems like that might be an issue later on for mold growth, I didn’t see any mold but floors were super slick. Love the heat and pressure of the shower. Over I would absolutely stay here again!

The concept for this hotel is a bit youthful, with colorful appointments and fake wood. Sometimes it is cute, and sometimes not. We had a mini fridge in our king "suite" and there were plenty of USB ports. The hotel wifi worked just fine. The room was on the small side, and the view down was the smallish swimming pool or look up and see an embankment. However, it was very quiet, and as there were a number of teens (travel ball, I believe) I was pleasantly surprised. There was a lot of trash outside the elevator in the morning, because all of the cans in the rooms are tiny, and folks had brought their take out leavings as far as the elevator and dumped it. Yuck! Breakfast was adequate for one morning, but if I had stayed longer, I would probably have gone out. The location is convenient, but the cheap furnishings probably won't hold up for the long haul. Our booking was last minute, so I paid more than it was worth, but the overall experience was okay.

Not worthy of the Hilton name and price range. Rooms are small with little space for hanging clothes and storage, paper cups, and cheap furnishings. Bed and linens are very good, and high quality. Overpriced in comparison with Marriott.

Housekeeping woke me up early, but that’s all right

Overall the property was great, staff was great as well! Only thing I did not like is that there wasn’t enough parking on property, I had to park all on the grass and others going down the road! It will be my go to spot from now on, I sure would hate if the grass ruins due to parking, so maybe invest in more parking lot room!

Room was good. The only Icemaker was broken the whole three days we stayed which was really disappointing especially since the fridge didnt seem to cool anything down.

Room was nice and clean. There is no carpet in the room which I really like when staying in a hotel room. The shower was spacious, the soaps were nice as well.

Pleasant front desk staff. Room wasn’t as nicely prepared as it should have been, pillow covers looked discoloured and quite wrinkled. Room was fine and rather simple but walls were thin as we heard alarm clock in next room and person above walking around with annoying noise level. Our alarm Clock went off at 6am as staff hadn’t checked it for last person leaving.
