Nice hotel

Nice clean property in convenient location for transport. Only 1k from main train station and a couple of minutes walk from tram stop which takes you to the Altstadt.

Great hotel at great price. Everything was as advertised. I would stay again. The location was a little inconvenient but buses were on time to take you to central areas and free street parking over the weekend.

Very nice, clean and modern hotel. Location is not quite in the city centre/Altstadt, however it is only 1 bus stop away from Hauptbahnhof/Central Station, so it's very convenient when travelling. Takes around 20 minutes to get into city centre by tram/bus. Highly recommended.

Frankly, it is a "sleep factory" withiut any charm but comfort is great, staff extremely friendly and helpful and price unbeatable!

Good Price, Good Roms and good breakfast

Overall the hotel was good. Nice breakfast w good coffee. When I checked in however, the room was already slept in by someone and unmade. I had to switch rooms which was a pain. Altogether not a bad place. Was still some construction going on with workers and building materials on the property. Looks a new hotel.

1. This hotel is not honest about their price and their parking. They advertised a room for 41 Euros on Expedia, and when we were about to pay, the price changed to about 68 Euros. They had also advertised "Free Parking on site". But when we arrived they asked for 6 Euros parking fee. We argued about their advertisement. First they said it's like that everywhere in Europe. We challenged them by saying so every hotel in Europe lies about on-site free parking? Then they changed their position by saying they have changed their ad on Expedia. We had booked our room about 3 hours before we arrived. We challenged them again that they are lying. Then the guy changed the narrative again by saying they have requested Expedia to change the ad 3 months ago. Basically they kept lying over and over again. Eventually we said we are going to complain about them to Expediamisrepresenting their amenities and policy. The guy eventually gave us a parking code for free but after weargued with them about howthey lie in their Expedia ad. So, what this hotel says on their Expedia ad is totally unreliable. You cannot trust them to be faithful to their ad. They can verbally change it and ask you more money for anything no matter what they say in their ad. 2. The bed had a lot of peeled plastics around it meaning it's probably very old (we have pictures). The corridors are dirty with some plastic wastes (we have pictures). The hotel doesn't seem to care much about keeping the public areas clean.

Perfect for visiting Heidelberg for a few days on a city break

We arrived with our 2 kids after midnight, I wrote to the hotel many time to inform them and they told me that automatic check in was available. Unfortunately the machine didn't work properly and I had to find another accomodation for the night. The day after I called them to ask no charge for the night but they charged me anyway saying I didn't call the emergency number placed outside the hotel. I went there to check where this emercy number was. The emergency number they referred to was not on the check in machine and didn't specify it was for check in. I did not call it because I thought it was for real emergency as fire or thefts. Anyway the personnel at the entrance and at the phone was really unkind, he also threaten to call the police and of course he charged me the full night. Never never again. I never wrote a bad feedback bacause I think that everybody do his best working, but this time I'm really disappointed.

Ok room, overall clean but the carpet was old and had quite a few stains. The kids enjoyed the small pool in the basement. Good location ca 1 km from the Old town, Easy accessible with car.

Easy going, no frills stay. Staff was helpful, room was clean and we got exactly what we paid for. It was pretty close to old town ~20 min walk

The housekeeping took some of my things with him, with out my permission and I told in de desk front; and they said they could not do anything that I should took a photo to prove it. So no confident leaving my thing in the room.

깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 하이델 시내와는 조금 떨어져있어 관광이 불편할 수 있습니다. 호텔 근처까지 오는 버스가 시간대에 따라서 30분 간격일때도 있습니다.

Really good and clean hotel with air-conditioning, just construction was a little loud

Nice place to sleep. You may be able to get bteakfast if you're willing to wait. Parking lot is small. I left for a while and when I returned there weren't anymore spaces available. I had to park two blocks away on the street for the night.
