Well located, staff were good, but the condition of the rooms and facilities were very poor, showers looked as if hadnt been cleaned properly the whole place needs to be repainted, very dark lighting throughout, TV remote was just working asked for 2 seperate beds and all that was done was the king bed was split into two and made into two singles beds jammed right next to each other.

Out on the balcony all you can smell is KFC. Yuk!

Convienient location to suit or needs

3 nights & was a great stay, just the apartment & balcony were a bit dusty & balcony was like it had never been cleaned!! Had coffee pods but no our machine!

Solid hotel for the price, though a few more amenities would have been nice. It would have been great to have a gym available, as well as less basic inclusions in the room itself.

The room we had was very quiet and clean. It sounds trivial, but the shower was one of the best I’ve had in a hotel. The hotel itself is within walking distance to Chadstone Shopping Centre. All in all would stay again.

Curfew for visitors at 9pm - what??? Billed as 5-star hotel but in reality, a long way from the top level. You are given an apartment. It's OK. No cleaning services which is OK. Adequate, but 4 stars at most. Staff are friendly, but often not there. Felt like I was on the sub-continent, not Australia. A case where the advertising and the reality are not matched.

The only plus to this apartment was that it was close to the location of the party we were going to. The room had a terrible layout - you could not watch the tv unless you were leaning against the kitchen bench or moved the (incredibly stained and smelly) couch in front of the kitchen bench. The room was huge, but just not a good layout. It would have made more sense to have the TV on the huge blank wall in front of the bed, not in the awkward position it was. The balcony was great, but unfortunately the view of nothing but metallic ducts and the rear of other properties didn't really motivate you to sit out there. The overall cleanliness was poor, with the couch being very dirty, stains on the bedside tables, etc.

Facilities location was fine, room size was fine. Requested a king bed, got two singles beds joined to together to make a large double, i just love having a gap where the two mattresses meet to fall into Large double bed is not a king bed. Some extra pillows, and extra bath towels in the bathroom would have been a nice touch, as would supplying a tea towel in the kitchen along with a cutting board, cant see the point in having shaping cutting knives but nothing to use as cutting board. Some readers may say all minor points but to me , attention to detail is important. It makes the world of difference between a great stay and a just okay stay.

Close to destination, takeaway options. Had trouble with cards not working on a number of occasions to access lifts and our room.

The room (2 bedroom apartment) was spacious with 2 separate bathrooms. Nice kitchen with cooktop and microwave and dishwasher. King size bed and 2 singles. There was some leftover rubbish in the kitchen cupboards when we arrived but this was acknowledged and the hotel refunded our parking. Parking under the building is excellent, very spacious and plenty of available spots. Staff were friendly and professional. Location is great if you want to shop at Chadstone (5 minutes drive), Moorabbin DFO (20-30 minutes) or even Docklands and the city if you drive into the city and book parking online for $15 all day at South Wharf. Even a Coles Express right next door if you want $1 coffee. We would stay again.

few dusty areas of the room. old lolly on the ground along with bit of plastic. Pool unavailable, yet on booking no mention of this, only business areas etc not available. Pool being closed was very disappointing, and to be made unaware of this. Also no mention of cost of parking being $10. Balcony rather filthy, a hose would clean in in 65 seconds. Not Happy overall. Good size room though.

We were a late check in and the manager was very helpful. I found the bed to be very hard. Otherwise a pleasant stay
