Caring Staff and Clean rooms. Exactly what is needed in a hotel. Gianmarco en Recepción, muy atento a los customer needs. We also got to meet the cleaning crew Henderson and Yeison, both Excellent!!👍

My husband and I stayed here for a night before our flight back to the US. Check in and Check out were a breeze. The room was clean and had enough space for a comfortable short stay. After being in camping grounds and buses for the past week, it was nice to have the comforts of the city again. There are many dining and shopping options. We even walked to the Larcomar overlooking the Pacific Ocean. My only complaint is that, due to having arrived at midnight, we slept through the breakfast service. I asked the Front Desk, but it would have been nice to have restaurant vouchers for VIP guests.

Excellent check-in. Pleasant walking areas all around the hotel. Spotless room, very comfortable. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Quick check-out.

Property is well located and walking distance for many rest, coffee shops, grocery stores, and the turism information Center. The shuttle bus from the airport stops one block away. The breakfast is bad, so go for any coffee shop in the area. There are many options. There’re also places to exchange money and the metro grocery store where you can withdraw without fees.

I cannot praise the staff enough. They make you feel at home. I travel a lot and use Ibis very often, this Staff is 10 out of 10 by far.

Excellent hotel and nice area around it

Whilst the rooms appear small, they are clean, well maintained, modern. The location is a block away from the Airport Bus stop. Plenty of cafes, eateries, Banks and ATMs , shops nearby. A security guard is at the front door providing a safe environment. Front counter staff are excellent and speak English. Has its own bar and lounge and restuarant. Breakfast is very good.

There was construction right above my room at 8am, other than that everything was great.

For a low budget hotel, it was very clean and comfortable. The room was very small, just enough room to walk around the bed, but fine for sleeping. Really appreciated the water cooler which allowed guests to refill their water bottles rather than having to constantly buy disposable bottles. Great location!

Staff was very helpful. Renos noisy but will be nice when complete. Breakfast tasty. Beds comfy. Great location and not too noisy. - should have a water cooler on each floor so you don’t have to bother staff to get up to tge 6th floor!
