Right next to train station so very easy to get there after a 13 hour train journey. Very comfortable room, lovely breakfast next day and exceptionally helpful staff.

One night stay on a business trip, arrived late night and was given a junior suite with late check-out which was highly appreciated. Have visited the hotel several times and love the breakfast always.

This is a wonderful hotel to stay at. I’d rate this as a 5 star hotel. The staff are outstanding, very helpful and friendly. Always a smile!!
The room was beautiful too. Very comfortable twin beds. Bathroom loaded with towels, etc., hair dryer, and even an iron and ironing board!!

Wonderful front desk staff. Lots of hotel amenities. Mall attached to hotel which includes food court and grocery store.
Next to train station. Convenient local metro/bus line from airport. Can purchase guided tours from hotel at reasonable prices.

We stayed there for 4 nights, the hotel is a great property just a bit away from main area, though we could walk but it was like 25 mins away. But the hotel, service and ambiance were nice and staff was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is attached to the largest shopping mall in Budapest. The Nyugati rail is right behind it. Very convenient location.

The hotel is very nice and clean. It'sin a great area also. Directly next to a mall. Our issue was that we were on the 1st floor with a window to the street. Due to that the road noise was . The road in front of the hotel is very busy at all times. Sleeping was extremely hard because of this. I'm sure if you stayed on a higher floor our had an interior room it'd be better. The A/C worked decent also. But the roon was big and very nice.

Absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel. Everything was amazing. The staff (a big thanks to Anna who deserves an award for being super professional and kind), the room are beautiful, spacious and cozy, the location is close to everything, the breakfast was the best we’ve ever had. We had such a perfect trip in Budapest and we will definitely come back to this hotel every time we are in Budapest. Thank you 🥇⭐️

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. Victoria who checked us in was so friendly and professional. We had a comfortable clean room. Having breakfast included was such a treat and you had the option to have it sent up to the room for free. Location was perfect with the bike rental outside the front of the hotel. Couldn’t recommend it enough.
