Lovely stay, nice people. Hotel very basic, a lot of different styles of furniture. Breakfast Lovely.

It was a great stay. Breakfast food is unreal,superb. Staff is very friendly and approachable. Few steps away and your by the sea side. Great. Thank you for our wonderful stay Whte Court Hotel.

We stayed at the hotel over the new year not 7 star but very clean excellent service beds were made every day the food was excellent and the reception was excellent

A comfortable stay and the management were very hospitable the breakfast was very good , however the shower wasn’t the best and the shower hose was black with dirt, no double glazing so very noisy with most of the bars being around the corner , so you get the drunks late at night so take ear buds and room wasn’t that worm especially with it being December very draughty , the hotel could do with a good update.

It’s was a lovely view from our window. The room was clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff an I was given a little present form my birthday witch was a lovely surprise . Breakfast was wonderful and the freshly brewed coffee was delightfully,

Great position for beach areas and shopping etc. Friendly owner and staff who helped us with our luggage to and from top floor. Great quality breakfast with plenty of choices. Hotel is clean in all areas.

The hotel was close to the front and local sights. It was ideally suited for what we needed a comfortable bed and a good breakfast, just what we needed before and after a day of walking. It was a good full breakfast. The room was clean and you would really have to search to find dust. The only drawback was parking, but we found some around the corner which was free from 1600 till 0900. Parking aside I would definitely stay again and look forward to our next visit to the area

Local pub opposite was noisy as was street noise. No double glazing in the room, windows could also do with a clean. The curtains were hanging off the rail, bedding was not ironed which all in all made the room feel uninviting and disappointing however the bed itself was comfortable the shower was hot and the breakfast was good.

The hotel was dark and dingy. No Christmas lights on like the other hotels. The room was large as was the bed but very old and careworn . No double glazing so could hear shouting outside. Also inside! Only one other couple in who decided to start shouting and screaming at 1 o'clock in the morning. Very choice language. Breakfast was passable if you like things well done . Glad to get out .

Loved the stay, bed was vey comfortable and plenty of hot water for a long bath. Breakfasts were very good and excellent service through out all the breakfasts.

An ideal place to stay

The interior is very tired. The decor is dated and poor standard of finish.

Plenty of storage in room. Bed really comfortable. Breakfast loely and the server very pleasant and efficient Bathroom could do with refurbishment-some taps loose and fixed immovable shower screen in bath means that to turn on shower, or taps to fill bath, you have to stand in the bath. We only saw manager when she handed us our key and told us our room number. No-one came to empty bins or replenish hospitality tray while we were there. No information given or availble in room about e.g.what to do if we needed more towels. Sea view is side view only.

Three night stay was good. Room was clean and spacious although the large bed was two beds pushed together and had a small gap where the mattresses met, not much of a problem though. Breakfast server was excellent as was the cooked breakfast,. Found the internet a bit slow and patchy but it was around the town as well (especially the car park machines!) so I doubt it was the hotel's fault. Overnight parking just a couple of minutes away for 80p per night. Overall a good experience, Thanks to all concerned.

Booked a deluxe room which was shabby.Wallpaper coming off in bathroom.Furniture in the room was really old.Curtains were hanging off curtain hooks.Shower was pathetic.Room was on the 4th floor with 55 stairs to get to it.Had yo wait 35 minutes for breakfast which my husband said was lovely.My poached eggs on toast wasnt very nice.Only seen the landlady once when we checked in.Wont be staying here again.Wish we had booked somewhere else.

Kiki met us on arrival and was very pleasant. Cooked breakfast was excellent. Only problem was parking, had to use town hall which is quite dear. Victoria parking ( multistorey) is reasonable but locks up at 6pm. Then you have to move to town hall for 80 pence till 8pm.everything else was good room was spotless even though basic. Pick a front room if possible as seagulls seem to congregate at rear as this where rubbish bins are located by all hotels. Seagulls are a nuisance they seem to not sleep at all. Would stay again.

Unbelievable!! I paid extra for a sea view and all I got was looking over the town 😡 when I asked the lady she said “ we are round the corner from the sea “ I stay away every week and this is the first time I will be asking for my money back!!
