My stay was perfect the hotel is right in front of the beach. At night the waves sound is magical. Staff is really good and you can't ask for the better spot. The only thing I will complain will be the breakfast. Is a toast or waffle with coffee and juice and the wait it was horrible. Other than that I will go back and stay and eat somewhere else. Is plenty around.

We had the best vacation here, the beach is perfect and extremely close. The property is very close and walkable to a hunch of shopping, bars and resturants.

Pros. Excellent location. Big room. Excepcional view and part of the beach for the price. You can control the AC without restrictions. Cons: Bed is too firm, shower water is warm to cold but with the heat coming from the beach it doesn’t feel bad. Food is extremely pricy but have to admit that taste was very good. They are close by 6pm. There are other options around it that close late.

This place is simple, clean, and has the best view! I would definitely stay here again.

Waking up early morning to the waves crashing and the beach was priceless. The evenings has amazing sunsets. The room was spacious with big windows that opened. During the day it gets very loud and crowded, so if you re looking for something quiet this is not the place. You may want to stay in the south of Island as the North is loud. We knew it was going to be loud but we didn’t mind. Joanne was very helpful, thank you for your hospitality and great service. Also Gloria the cleaning lady provided great service. Thank you very much for everything. We had an amazing time there in Isla Mujers. I loved waking up early mornings to an empty beach and just listening to the waves!

You cannot beat the view from this hotel. It overlooks Playa Norte and is such a great location. You can walk to Hidalgo, walk to the Ferry, and walk to rent a golf cart. This is a traditional hotel with no huge thrills, but with that view, they aren't needed. Everything was cleaned daily and everything worked. This hotel shares the same office and facilities as Chichis and Charlies. We had a wonderful time.

Pros: literally on the beach; lots of restaurants within 10-20 minutes walking distance; staff is great Cons: the next door hotel takes the trash out at 430/530am so lots of loud glass breaking for approx 20 minutes; dragging luggage through sand to get to the room can be inconvenient; hard to find someone to check in if after dark (630pm); restaurant/bar only open for 6-7 hours a day Overall: would stay here again

Our view was spectacular, and the section of beach can’t be beat! It also got very quiet at night which we appreciated.

Beds were very hard. Very basic room but clean with a fridge witch was great. We had booked three rooms for a two week period however they canceled all our reservations except for our one for the final night on the island to accommodate another group. We were really disappointed by this as it left us in the learch struggling to find another place to house 7 people for the duration of our trip

The king room was wonderful directly on the beach. Food only available 12-6. Many others restaurants near by

We liked it but the construction in front of our room and in front of bar area was bad. All the people coming and going from day ferry walk right through where your lounge chairs are.

Room was directly on the beach which was very nice. The room itself was very clean and nice. Parking is not very good at all. Overall a decent place expect for the very hard uncomfortable bed. Other than the bed, blankets and very low mirror in the bathroom it was a pleasant stay. There really wasn’t a “front desk” but staff was around whenever you needed something. Nothing spectacular but good enough to stay again!!

There are no a amenities in the hotel. Staff reserves best beach chairs to other visitors, guests should use chairs at the back and worse located. Staff not friendly, only looking for tips and your money.

The only one plus: this property is on the beach. There is nothing else, stuff do not speak English, blinds are broken, rooms are very poor maintained.

This hotel is Great. The beach view from my room was amazing. I loved it. My family was very happy with this hotel. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

You stay here for the view. I didn't expect much in the way of amenities, but there was no hot water and the sheets are scratchy. No coffee maker in the room. I can roll with the way Mexico is, but too much $$ for a cold shower. Should be about 2/3 the price.

Wonderful Beach front location, room was spacious and clean. there is an onsite restaurant that is delicious - i would stay here again

No amenities, poor customer service...seemed like they were in transition...no lobby or front desk to speak of...sketchy...the view from our room and the beach were excellent...the room itself was fine but NO amenities.
