Booked a king. There were multiple small curly hairs in the sheets. Management wouldn’t bring sheets to the room and change them because they didn’t want to leave the front desk unattended (it was around midnight). They offered to switch my room and I accepted. I ended up in a room with double twins or double queens instead of a king.

It was overall Magnificent we are actually planning on stay again really soon. I highly recommend this hotel.

This place was/is amazing! The staff are incredible! Extremely friendly and helpful! Went above beyond to make your stay one to remember! Only complaint was the elevators. One was down and the wait time was long.

Our stay was great. The pool and lazy river were fun. Only complaint is that Sheraton needs to pay the extra premium for the music outside in the pool area as there were 5 commercials for every song that played.

The pool seemed like the main attraction behind red rope and security at the door. When busy it’s unpleasant, overcrowded, as it overtakes the small main lobby with bar/restaurant stuffed in it and only two elevators servicing 200 rooms. Gave waterpark resort vibes in the middle of nowhere. Rooms were decent and clean but smelled like chlorine. Friendly staff and decent breakfast buffet.
If Westin downtown had a better pool it would be perfect.

Great hotel with amazing amenities. The pool and lazy river was everything. Because of location, it was not crowded at all. Our 3day getaway felt like a week!
Only complaint I have if any was the drinks. Chunky ice, and light on the alcohol. Very family friendly, no casino, great views, in a great country town with lots of things to do near by.

The AC did not cool my room. It was a miserable night! It was about 80 degrees in the room.

Pool and lazy river is nice! Tables at rooftop bar were always full dirty dishes from previous guests. (Couldn’t find cleaned tables) bar tender at pool stayed on phone entire time and had to wait on drinks until she finished. Hotel was nice but not a 4 star level as advertised.

Everything was great except the AC. Said 65 but room temp was NOT 65. Did not sleep well due to the temperature. My daughter said same thing do wasn’t just me

Great 1 night stay for a family traveling through Jackson area. Wish we were able to stick around longer to take advantage of all the great amenities like the pool/golf.

Property was beautiful! Very organized and everyone was very friendly and helpful.
The golf course was well maintained and the service was excellent. The pool and the lazy river were refreshing.

Pool attendant received our drink order and proceeded to leave it in blender as she served other guests coming in after me. Never staying there again

There’s potential but it probably doesn’t get enough business so the effort and investment into the upkeep of the property and customer service is lacking. The breakfast wasn’t good either. For the price, I certainly recommend passing on this one. Although, the room was nice.

I enjoyed the fact I could order food through room service from onsite restaurant or I could use food delivery apps from area restaurants and drivers were allowed to bring it to my room and I didn’t have to go to the desk.

Got in late and our room had not been clean but the staff did a great job getting us accommodated in a timely fashion. Our kids were placed in one room and my wife and I were treated to an upgraded room for the night. Great hotel and the staff was super friendly.
