Really happy with this hotel and stay. It was clean and functional. I love the kitchen option which is a big reason we stay at residence inn as opposed to other hotels. My only complaint is that the lobby smell was SO strong the first night. Whatever scent they had dispersing was so strong. I immediately reacted. My eyes were burning, nose running, itching and cough. I have asthma and allergies, but my daughter who does not, immediately started itching everywhere too. I had to use my inhaler every time I walked through the lobby because my breathing started feeling tight. Thankfully by morning it was gone. I also noticed they don't have much help at night. Everyone was super nice but whenever we needed something we had to go down to get it. Which isn't a huge deal but it sucks for the person down there alone not to have help for these things. Overall though, would definitely stay again. Even breakfast wasn't bad for hotel breakfast.

Terrible experience at this property. There was no hot water, very low water pressure, and no effective response from the inexperienced staff. Extremely disappointed. Additionally, my food delivery was stolen from the lobby, which reflects poorly on the hotel’s basic security services.

This property gets an A+ from me. Quiet, roomy, clean, modern, with a friendly and caring staff, and conveniently located to east/west and north/south arteries so getting to places in Miami is quick. Nice breakfast too!

The TV could not be repaired the whole 3 days we were there. Volume control broken for Netflix so we could not watch TV. The staff were remarkable and very friendly

The suite was spacious. featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and a comfortable bed. I particularly appreciated the kitchen, which had all the essentials, including a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. It allowed me to prepare meals as if I were at home, which was a huge plus traveling with a 1 year old baby and a 5 Year old.

I was there for 2 days and the cleaning and towel replacement service was not done. I asked for towels and they made me go down to the reception. Rest assured, everything was fine.

We stayed here for more than a week and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location is near to 2 big malls and also Ikea. Breakfast was good and overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We arrived earlier then expexted, and they allowed us to stay and wait for the room in the lobby, and got the room with in 20 mins after. The room was extremely good, clean, big and comfortable. We walked around 10 mins to the mall and had lunch. Great hotel.

The staff is super hospitable, and the service is fantastic. The staff shows they care about their guests. Only one agent in the PM shift was not friendly and seemed bothered to be asked for help.

It was a great stay for me and my family. The staff was amazing and it has everything we needed. The rooms and bathroom were clean. They provided shampoo and conditioner which was great!

We like the area were property was located. A Mall was closed by so we did last minute shooping. The room was nice with a nice dining kitchen area. Staff was very helpfull. We really liked our stayed at this property.
