The front desk was very helpful and accommodating - they were able to offer us nearby parking in a private lot for 5 euros per night - we’ll worth it to know we would have a safe place to park each night we got home, and also while we were doing things I. The town center. Excellent breakfast, and our large double room was beautiful and quiet.

Absolutely LOVED this hotel. We stayed in a room that was perfect for 4 guests. Very comfortable, friendly staff, and incredible breakfast. It was so nice to have a nice balcony to sit on in the morning with coffee and evening with wine!

The hotel is beautiful with gorgeous classic architecture and has been cared for so well. Incredible included amenities like free coffee and tea, homemade goodies, a gorgeous room for breakfast, and a lovely shared patio!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had a rental car and they gave us the run down on where and how to park around the city. They also offered suggestion for dining and tours. The hotel is beautiful and very charming! The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The breakfast offered plenty of delicious options. They also have laundry service available for a small cost.

Dec 24 and 25 there were not open places to eat. The ladies helped us by calling good local Hotel for a reservation. It took e them long time , because most of them were only open for their own guests only. But the succeeded and we got a great meal each day. Thank you !

The name of this hotel is quite appropriate as it is indeed charming. The manager upon arrival, Gabriella, was exceptional in assisting with arrangements. Other staff were very friendly and helpful too. Many dining options close by. Located in the heart of the centro city of Ponta Delgada, it is convenient to walk in the neighborhood.

Beautiful property, everything was elegantly decorated. The room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was just perfect- we enjoyed fresh fruit, delicious baked almond tart, and a local Sao Miguel cheese. All staff were exceptionally gracious. Absolutely charming!

An exceptional couple of days in a truly charming house in the middle of Ponta Delgada.
Close to everything you wish for for a city centre, the relaxing atmosphere, delicious seasonal breakfast, captivating smell and luxurious decoration and furniture make it the perfect place to stay.
Not to forget the immense gratitude and help from the staff.
This place is a must do for a short luxury stay in the Acores!

This place is perfect for anyone traveling to Sao Miguel. The staff are amazing and went above and beyond. The house is stunning and is in the perfect location making everything in Ponta Delgada walkable. It was our first time visiting and wanted to explore the island so we rented a car from Auto Ramalhense that was a few blocks away and we were able to park in the overnight parking lot right downtown for around 10 euro a night. The breakfast was very good at the house! We had to leave super early on the last day around 5am and the staff made to-go breakfast boxes since we would miss breakfast that day.. they were the sweetest! I highly recommend the Charming House and can’t wait to come back!

The family suite is very large, with 2 separate rooms, 3 beds, and an impressive bathroom with twin showers. It fit a family of 4 well. The balcony overlooking the courtyard also has good views of the city. The staff were very welcoming and when they found out we had to checkout before breakfast service started, they made up special breakfast boxes for us to take away. Overall a great stay.

The place was a beautiful refurbished old building! The location was great but parking worked for the city but wasn’t perfect. The room was lovely but needed more spaces to hang your things or to place your things other than the floor!

We enjoyed our stay in Charming House - Case do Pateo immensly. It is a beautiful, charming hotel, with a wonderfully kind staff. The breakfast is exceptional. Not too big, but varied en with local products. I absolute recommend this hotel.

The Charming House was just that. Wonderful customer service that allowed us to drop our bags off before check in so we could explore. The decor was culturally authentic with modern amenities. Breakfast was authentic to the region with many tasty options. High recommend this Charming House.

This is a beautiful old house with gorgeous stone stairways and accents. It has been upgraded and modified to be extremely comfortable and stylish. It is lovingly cared for and managed by a professional, helpful staff who made sure our needs were met every step of the way.
The parking is a bit confusing. Make sure you are VERY clear on exactly where the entrance to the parking garage is located before you arrive with your car. It is almost impossible to see from the street at night and you will drive around the block repeatedly looking for it. Google will only give you a general idea. A printed map at check in would be extremely helpful!

This hotel was absolutely beautiful! They have restored it to make every space picture worthy, but all the modern updates for comfort!
The staff was beyond friendly! So helpful and even accommodated opening the complimentary breakfast early for us to have time to eat and make it to the airport for an early flight! And the breakfast was amazing as well!
Location was perfect for exploring downtown - food and shopping- and only a 5-10 m drive from the airport!
We were absolutely blown away by this hotel and the value! We will definitely be back or try one of their other 2 hotels in town!
