We booked one of the king size bed studio rooms. Staff was so nice and professional. Upon entering our room we found it was not cleaned from the guests before us. We walked down to let the service staff know and they sincerely apologized to us and with out ask upgraded us to a huge suite! It was beautiful and the views were amazing in both rooms. We will definitely be going back there next time we are in Boston!

Amazing stay! Location is great - right around the corner from the bus stop. Will stay here again. It was comfy and nicely decorated with plenty of space. The bathroom didn’t feel stuffy like hotel bathrooms usually do. Great view!

Our stay was Great, just wish we knew that parking wasn't free and would be so expensive per night. Also customer service was ok. Didn't give no information on room, amenities, bars or restaurants we didn't know the room had a refrigerator until day of check out. Overall we'll be back!!

Great hotel, my room was smaller than expected but comfortable

This hotel was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Pros: - modern - great bedding - onsite restaurants - efficient check-in/check-out process - friendly doormen - heated pool and hot tub - life vests and pool noodles available for kids - clean facilities - convenient location at the seaport Cons: - limited in-room amenities, e.g. no shower cap, body lotion or slippers - pool deck very windy and lounger chairs not secure (our chairs fell into the pool!) - room service very basic (e.g. bottled cocktails, food in to-go containers) Overall, it was a nice stay, but for the caliber of the hotel we were expecting a few more amenities and attention to detail.

Greeted with a strike happening. Front desk was great and apologetic! Within an hour of actual being in the room, the room lost power randomly. Was no turndown service due to the strike happening.

Room too small for the price. No closet/ iron in the room. Sink in the middle Of the room. Also could not sleep at all due to noise. Coffee machine outside my room was another nuisance.

First trip to Boston. very nice hotel

There were strikers making a racket early in the morning and most of the day. I went to relax not end up with a headache

Very easy check in and loved the water (and ice), hot chocolate and coffee in the hallway. Rooms were in great condition albeit a little small but we knew that. It was perfect for our one night stay. We walked a bit to places and also took an Lyft. All were very convenient.

Hotel exceeded expectations. Large contemporary room. Location slightly away from the main attractions but very safe.

Beautiful hotel! The room was so comfortable. The studio was fine for our short stay but the bathroom is basically in the same room so make sure you are very close with whoever you are traveling with. Also, not a ton to do in the area.

The hotel workers are on strike outside the hotel. It is unbelievably loud. We were woken up at 7:00am by their banging on drums and yelling. The staff that were working just tried to act like nothing was happening. It was very frustrating.

Nice and quiet

My stay was amazing, i enjoyed my two days there. My bed was comfortable and it was very quiet. The property was very nice and the staff was excellent., very nice and accomodating. Everyone was friendly and i would most definitely come and stay at the Omni again.

One of the worst hotel experience I had since 2014. Reception was not helpful. The bar employees were focused on the bill to be paid, rather than the hotel experience. Note that your customers are mostly cruise passengers. There are no extra storage in the rooms.

All food services restaurants were perfect. Studio room nice. Handicapped shower curtain did not reach floor. Water splash a problem. Liked pool and bar with jazz music.

If you want a small get away you have so many options in the hotel alone. The DJ playing music in the lobby as you walk in so fun.. and the bars around the property so awesome

This is a very large, noisy hotel and maybe ok if you’re looking to have a convention with 1,000 of your closest friends, but to me it utterly lacks charm and poor value for a top priced hotel. I booked a junior suite and paid extra for a view thinking this was a seaport view given the hotel name. The view was of the tops of buildings, the convention center and a busy street. The suite had only one chair and some odd half bed type substitute for a decent sofa. There was no desk, per se. Just a big countertop extending length of room which was mostly occupied by the TV and a coffee station. The bathroom admittedly was quite nice, but didn’t really make up for what the room was lacking. Even driving up to the hotel is very busy and was a while before valet took my care. Hotel boasts four restaurants, but it seemed a lot of overlap in the menu. Acceptable, but a far cry from great. Room service was delivered in a paper bag with plastic utensils. As there was no table in the room, found myself eating from my lap. As someone who visits 30-40 different hotels a year, I would think Boston must have better hotels in this price range. If you are there on business or going to convention center and don’t mind overpaying, it’s a maybe. Otherwise, my advice is you could do better.

Loved this property! Would highly recommend! All the restaurants are great (especially Coquette)! Would have stayed longer!

My room was not made up on the second day. Hallways are noisy. Overnight parking is too expensive.
