EVERYTHING WAS GOOD, EXCEPT THAT PARKING MAY BE A PROBLEM. THERE IS LIMITED PARKING SPACES. I WAS LUCKY TO FIND A PARKING SPACE AND DARE NOT TO LEAVE THE PREMISE BECAUSE I DID NOT WANT TO LOOSE THE PARKING SPACE.

This property is wonderful! It is either brand new or recently renovated. The colors, furniture and decor are modern and really classy. The room has lots of space and the bathroom is roomy as well.
The staff have been very friendly and welcoming.

Very unsafe around the hotel. Our car was broken into and they stole a legal pew pew that was locked in the trunk and hundreds of dollars worth of stuff! General manager would not come in so we could view the cameras. The whole thing was shady!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff were amazing and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. We we’re also glad there was a workout area. Thank you everyone also the location was great close entropy walk downtown if we wanted.

Checked in around 5. Got to my room and found that the toilet seat was detached and sitting on top of the tank with the garbage can on top. Called down to the front desk and was told someone would be up to fix. Around 8pm I walked down to the front desk to let them know no one had been up yet. Again assured that someone would be up to fix. I checked out at 11 this morning. I wonder what would have happened if I'd said 'yes' to signing up for bonvoy, hmm. If you enjoy being undervalued as a consumer, this is the place for you! If not, I'd avoid.

The reception staff was rude. Although the building is new, the staff exhibited very rude behavior and lacked any professionalism. We were waving our hands in the entry vestibule not being able to open the door, clearly indicating that we were checking in, but received no response. Despite seeing us, they didn't open the door, and another guest had to do it for us. Furthermore, the staff didn't offer any apology. When we requested an early check-in in the afternoon due to our children needing to sleep, the way they declined felt aggressive to me. I don't understand why and felt very bad. I will not be recommending this hotel to my friends.

We chose this hotel because it was near the Auditorium Theater, where we had tickets for a show. The staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful. When we had a little trouble with transportation, they helped us get an Uber. The room was clean and comfortable, and the made-to-order breakfast in the morning was delicious. We would absolutely stay here again.

There was so much noise from the room above us at 2am that it shook the sprinkler cover off from the ceiling. It startled my whole family. The hotel was very good about handling the situation.

We enjoyed our room 301, overlooking the park and we we’re happy the window could open a few inches. The room was lovely and very comfortable.
Two complaints:
1) The room and the hotel areas have too much deodorizer throughout the hotel-almost made me nauseated at checkin.
2) the prices at your food/drink counter downstairs were a bit ridiculous-like being in NYC
