Everything was good would liked to seen tea coffe and kettle in room and glass glasses instead of cardboard ones

The hotel was clean and comfortable in a pleasant part of the city, a short walk to many historic areas. The staff were helpful and friendly. However, there was no kettle in the room and although my travelling companion said this was becoming more frequent in Europe, i was a bit disappointed; an Englishwoman MUST have her tea!

Not having a fridge in the room was horrible!

The location, on the edge of the historic city, was perfect. Easily walkable to everything. Beautiful lobby/restaurant. Rooms are somewhat small, but practical storage areas & room for hanging some clothes. Beds very comfortable. Be aware that there is no coffee maker, water or glasses in the room.

10 out of 10 experience. The hotel is an easy walk from the train station and a few blocks away from the old town. Lots of shops, restaurants, bars within easy walking distance. The hotel itself is well-kept and stylish. Great staff at the front desk as well as the lounge bar area. Rooms are well-appointed, comfortable and clean. Would have loved to have a kettle in the room for a cup of tea, but you can get hot water at the lobby lounge easily. Highly recommended.

Higly reccomended fancy hotel in the very city center

We had a brilliant stay of 2 nights at the hotel. The location was central, had lots of good food options nearby and the hotel bar downstairs was great too! Highly recommend.

Excellent Customer Service from the Front Desk!! Beautiful Hotel with Dining options

We stayed in several hotels throughout our trip through Europe, and Motel One Aachan was by far my favorite!! It was so clean, conveniently located to the town centre and local transportation, and the front desk clerk spoke perfect English, which was very much appreciated! The beds were incredibly comfortable too!

Motel One was fantastic, we loved our stay here. Room was modern and comfortable. Fantastic location in Aachen within an easy walk to the cathedral and right down the street are multiple bus stops - super convenient!!

The hotel really close to the Aachener Dom. There are a lot of beautiful places, delicious meals and beers.

Nothing much to say. Clean, Well decorate, Good service provided.

Great location. Less than ten minutes from center of town, cathedral, and other sites. Friendly, helpful staff. Convenient dining options along the street or around the corner. But electronic lighting system has seen better days. It can be cranky, difficult to operate, and unpredictable results.

Really nice, clean, and modern hotel in a lovely area in Aachen. The hotel is beside the old town and cobbled streets with lovely bars and restaurants. The only negative was the woman Ken that checked us in. She was very rude and clearly doesn't like her job, shrugging her shoulders when asked a question. Other than that I would definitely stay in the hotel again.

Glad it was only 1 night. - paper cups, no kettle or coffee making facilities in room. No fridge. Reception did not offer details about amenities ( ie where was breakfast) or provide a map of the area. Only upside was it’s not far from the Cathedral and eating area.

The mattress and pillow were of very bad quality -one of us with a back problem woke up in the middle of the night and could not sleep any more. The worse experience though was with the service: the receptionist said that because of "regulations" that they had to follow they could not put a couple of yogurts in the fridge. We explained that we would take them the next day but she dismissed us and gave no further explanations. She did not ask any manager and she did not try to find any solution -she just did not care about the customers...

A very happy place to stay, despite the tiny basic bedrooms. Staff are all outstanding and friendly. Delightful lobby lounge and bar area.

Excellent location.

Would be a great option except for the central heating, which is so high that it is impossible to sleep. I visited in mid April, and had to open the window at night with outside temperature of 5/40F.. a nightmare.
