Upon arriving at the hotel, the clerk was very friendly & accommodating and check-in was quick and smooth. When we got to our room, there was an issue with the a/c, so the clerk very quickly moved us to another room. When going into the 2nd room, it was 2 full size beds, rather than 1 king bed that we had reserved. The clerk quickly moved us to a 3rd room, and upgraded it to a King Suite for the trouble. The room was Very Nice & Comfortable, and was Perfect for our needs. The Continental Breakfast was Delicious Each Morning, and We Enjoyed the Endless Coffee Provided in the Hotel Lobby. We Will Definitely Be Staying Here Again When in St. Charles. Thank You So Much for Your Kindness & Generosity!

Overall, the experience wasn’t terrible. Upon check-in and check-out, the desk attendant wasn’t easily able to locate. The floors in the room, including in the bathroom, were visibly dirty. They looked as though they had just been swept and not mopped between stays. The shower had two shampoo bottles and no conditioner. Sound in between floors and rooms travels terribly. Every step that the people in the room above us took was easily heard in our room. The hotel didn’t seem overly crowded but we were placed in the room immediately by the elevator doors, the highest traffic area of the floor. The breakfast options were impressive.

Great hotel and great location. Walkable distance to Ameristar and Main Street St. Charles. Breakfast was decent and great perk. Room was clean and quiet. We will stay again.

My sheets were not clean I pulled my covers back and they appeared to have what looked like to be stains of brown stool. I asked for a clean set and was given a new set. The food court needs hand sanitizer posted on the wall or a bottom near the food.

Unfortunately, our room was tired looking and the walls were dirty. The bathroom was dirty with me having to dispose of a spider and its web, wipe up hair from the floor and corners, plus the railing in the tub was coming apart. Toilet paper holder basically spun in a circle. The coffee machine wasn't clean either. The staff that greeted us was very polite and the breakfast room staff was very pleasant. We will not stay here again and go to another hotel we have used in St. Charles for future visits.

The hotel itself is very clean and updated. We had the regular size King room which was huge and comfortable. Our room was located on the far end closest to the interstate and the highway noise was pretty loud during the afternoon hours, you could hear it at night but not quite as bad. The parking lot is shared with an old Banquet center that is no longer in use and is that building is not in great shape and looks bad. Great location to highway and lots of restaurants and Casino

Property was fairly new and modern. Lady who checked us in was very friendly. Only thing to improve is you need signing to get into parking lot. Only sign is for the Comfort Inn next door. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel is in need of some updating- stained carpets, walls are scuffed/banged up, rubber baseboard was missing in part of the room, wallpaper was peeling. The floor of the bathroom looked dirty along with stains on the comforter. The hallway and elevator carpet was in desperate need of a vacuum. If you don’t stay 4 nights you do not get housekeeping unless you request it. So the morning of the 3rd day I asked that our trash be removed and towels replaced. We were gone all day and this did not happen. I had to go down to the front desk and get towels and then bag up my own trash for them to remove it. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Walking into my room there were marks all over the wall. And some foot prints, made me very concerned if the room was thoroughly clean. Also I noticed there were stains on the metal piece in the bathroom. I’m very shocked because as much as I book here I thought I would never see this I would love to send videos

For the price per night for this hotel, it was very disappointing that the fitted sheet on the beds were too small. The people we were traveling with also had the same issue. I was, however, impressed with the breakfast and it was hands-down excellent.

The hotel employees were so kind each one I encountered. The biggest flaw was that the hot water would often not get hot at night but be scalding hot in the morning which was a negative for sure. The room was nice, beds are comfortable, it’s in a safe area and the breakfast was great. The water heater was the biggest downside other than that it was great.

The staff were very good. The morning breakfast was fine. The facility itself is modern and fairly new. However, the bed linens had stains, and there was hair in the bed. There was hair all over the bathroom floor, and there were mold stains in the shower curtain.

Wonderful hotel! The lady at the front desk was so friendly and kind. The room was clean and well stocked. The fitness room was absolutely one of the best I have ever seen at any hotel room (and I have stayed at lots of hotels). The breakfast was amazing. Always coffee fresh (only complete are they need bigger coffee cups, but all of the Hampton have the same tiny cups - I will bring my own next time to fill up).
Will most definitely stay again. Friendly staff.
