If you are someone that has sinus allergies or asthma, just know that the room has extremely dry air. The AC set to 65-68 will help but then you might get cold. Unable to open window, I ran the shower on hot, then opened the bathroom door to let the steam into the room which helped. Otherwise, the wheelchair accessible room that we needed was perfect.

Really enjoy my stay and this hotel. I travel to SJ for one week every month and always choose to stay at this location. Staff are friendly, efficient, and respect your privacy at the same time. Good breakfast and clean rooms.

It took over an hour waiting in the lobby to get an extra blanket on SAT around 9PM. One gentleman was working with a customer on an Expedia issue and was unable to help four to five guest during that time. Why is there only one person working at that time? The 2nd person came back from lunch (I assume) and immediately was rude to me. I was too tired at this point to say something as I needed to get my young kids to bed, now it being 10PM, check the front lobby footage as I waited the entire time.

New hotel, pretty clean. breakfast was terrible which is frustrating. They charge for parking, when we called for extra towels they made us go down to the front desk and get them. Poor customer service. But a clean facility.

Front desk at night doesn’t know how to deal with my payment request,they executed the payment with my credit card numbers left in hotels.com directly without asking, but actually the room should be charged by the name who stay not by the credit card of the name of reservation.
I ask to cancel the payment but he ask me to request to hotels.com

On the newer side but already starting to show some wear. Broken pool lounge chairs and stained bedding. The room microwave smelled bad and our room (for 5 guests) came with two towels. Called to request 3 more, and only received two.
Bandaids by the pool and very murky hot tub water, and the jets did not work.
Shower head in our bathroom had poor water pressure and made a terrible nails-on-a chalkboard sound when turned on warm so showers had to be either cold or extremely hot.
Saw ants creeping in our room on our second night and they must have ant issues in general because we left our car in the parking lot the entire stay and when we left - ants were inside our car which was a headache and certainly not worth the price for parking
Limited breakfast options but the staff were good at keeping supplies stocked.

Sunday morning I requested Housekeeping service with the young lady at the front desk who helped me rebook 1 more night. I even saw the housekeeping lady personally asked her during housekeeping to please make sure she left me 4 bath towels instead of 2. And unfortunately didn't get them and left old wash cloths in the tub which means they didn't even clean the tub. But will give it another shot as it was the first time there. Breakfast was great but could use 2 people attending the breakfast area. Overall clean and definitely recommend.

Nice hotel, clean and friendly staff. Facilities were nice. The only downside was the smell. The hotel is close to a landfill site and a wastewater treatment plant which make the whole freeway smell of sewage in the evening

The hotel is excellent, the room still look like new. Breakfast food is very delicious and convenient to get.

We stayed as a family for an event and it was better than I could've hoped for! It was clean, spacious, comfortable and inviting and the staff was extra kind. The breakfast was actually tasty and the fireplaces outside really made it feel like a relaxing vacation instead of the functional reason we were in the area. Even the workout area was wonderful. All in all, next time we are back in the area we would absolutely stay here again!

Maybe it was just bad luck in our room but when we arrived it was so warm in the room and we couldn’t get the temperature adjusted so it was difficult to sleep comfortably. Also, the lights in the bathroom didn’t work so we got ready the next morning in the dark with some sunlight peaking through.
