My recent stay to the Ette fell below my expectations for two main reasons. Upon check-in I was greeted by polite and courteous staff who checked me in smoothly and presented me a 25 dollar card for the resturant on property. However, after getting drinks with a colleague we came to find out that the 25 dollars was only for dinner and not drinks/apps. This was dissapointed as it was not disclosed in advance. The second issue I had was the room I was given had a funky odor that growing up on a farm I quickly recogonized as manure. I was to tired to make a room swap and bother the front desk but when telling them the next day no reaction from staff to try to rectify.

The hotel are the face of it has everything it’s needs to be luxurious, however after staying a few days you begin to realise they are concentrating on the wrong things.
We on more than one occasion waited at a table either in the bar or lounge and watched staff walk round aimlessly rather than serve us. At one point I was in need of service and watched one cleaner and one manager clean a plant for 20 minutes.
It’s a very nice and pleasant hotel and the staff are warm and polite however they need to focus on service.

I absolutely loved this place! It is so clean, charming, & beautifully decorated. The set-up and design of the rooms was so thought out and not a single detail was missed. The room had amazing linens, high-end bathrobes, toiletries and slippers. I was offered turn down service with fresh water every night and my room was always nice and clean when I returned at the end of the day. I love that's it's family owned - the owners did such a great job at making me feel at home. The restaurant has incredible food and service was superb. My only complaint is that the drinks are overpriced and the continental breakfast should be free. I paid $25 for my daughter and all she had was a box of cereal and an apple. This hotel is every bit of it's 5-star rating.

my new favorite place to stay in Orlando. Worth a trip. all the amenities of the four seasons with a personal touch. South Beach vibe, chill without the South Beach hype. All of Orlando at your doorstep from a quiet peaceful oasis.

Everything about Ette hotel was outstanding! What an incredible experience with my son and mom. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. Special thank you to Leandro, Luciano, Emely and Isabella (they were all outstanding). Will definitely return, 10/10 recommend.

Our family of four had an amazing time staying at the Ette Hotel for two nights! This is a true 5 star hotel. Soon you walk in the lobby, you will be impressed by every detail surrounding you. The hotel is luxurious and comparable with the four seasons hotel on many aspects such as cleanliness, staff hospitality, etc. we had dinner, lunch and breakfast in the hotel and food is amazing! Bed is super comfortable. I love everyone there especially Emily who served us the food was so kind and cheerful and attending details! The location is so close to Disney and all shops and restaurants. I cannot wait to go back!

From the minute we walked into this hotel, we were amazed with how welcoming everyone was to its wonderful aroma. Our room was so relaxing and they were able to accommodate us for check in due to an early flight. Housekeeping was amazing! We were so close to many shopping centers as well as Disney World so that was a plus. Will definitely come back in the future.

This hotel is a hidden Gem. Loved my two day stay. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the breakfast. For 27$ the Buffett isn’t worth it. But overall great experience, I’ll come back for sure

Um, what even is this oasis? It’s hard to find real elegance and calm in the Orlando area and this has both. I was here for a really short night stay and I’m hoping to come back!

The Ette was a fantastic experience for my daughter and I as we were in Orlando for The Summit cheer competition. The hotel is beautiful, everything done perfectly, and the staff was the best we’ve ever encountered. They were also so incredibly sweet to my daughter each day wishing her good luck and asking her how she did. The breakfasts were delicious, the rooms so comfortable, and the entire grounds impeccably kept. We’ll definitely go back!

Hotel ambiance when you first walk in is great where you get a tour of all the amenities. Everything is clean and upscale. Rooms are elegant as well though maybe a little more light would be nice. Staff always super helpful and friendly and ready to do anything to make your stay better (especially Gabriel). Would recommend and come back if we were to return to the area.
