This is falsely advertised as a hotel it is not it is a half ass renovated motel my comforter had burn holes and they would not give me new linen my room tv tv stand saw broken the room smelled clean but that was about it not comfortable at all and I was traveling with my kids it was so bad I didn’t feel comfortable staying I checked in but never stayed in Ben one night I would like a refund this experience was horrible and a waste of my time any money

Arrived to burn holes in our bedding. The smell coming from the bathroom was unbearable. I left at 11:40 pm and did notify the office of their rooms condition. They wanted to refund my stay but couldn’t due to booking though your site

Staff was very helpful and rooms were newly remodeled and looked very nice especially for the price!

I didn’t know that this was the mguires motel it’s filled with drugs and the first room was in Horrible shape not cleaned and I wanted my money back and the man was mean and said No he didn’t care at all I would Never stay at that place but we had no choice

Sheets and towels very dirty

Christina and Heather were awesome. They helped me so much during my stay. My husband was in the hospital and with not knowing when he would be released they held my room for me everyday until he was released. Lovely young ladies. The only thing that would make this place better would be a few hooks to hang jackets or clothes. And a small table and chair to eat at after a long day. But even without those things I would go back in a heartbeat if I were in that area again. Thank you so much ladies for making my stay easier! You both rock!

Despite being non-smoking the room stunk of cigarette smoke, turning the bathroom fan only made it worse. The bottom sheet didn't cover the mattress which was wrapped in crinkly plastics. Someone had their truck running for about an hour outside our room and no one was in the car. Burn holes in the bedspread.
