Really good standard. Supernice staff working here and very helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel. Close to center but still quiet from noice.

The suite was very comfortable and I would definitely stay there again.
Very spacious had everything you need.
Just one small issue, the fan in AC unit in the bedroom made a noise which kept me awake.

I went with siblings we were all provided rooms on one floor. It was spacious for our needs. Good amenities in the room. I have curly hair and there was a diffuser!!!!. Each room has its own balcony and all the seats and bed was super comfortable.
My only minor criticism was that the shower takes a little while to heat up as it’s split power and the tank is at the top of the roof.

What a lovely stay in such a beautiful and modern apartment.
Everything was just ideal, especially when travelling with a four month old baby.
The staff were great and really helpful too.
I will be back to stay in the future for certain.

Stay went smoothly throughout. Hotel arranged pick-up from airport (E25) and back (E20). Reception was manned throughout, with everyone friendly and helpful. Room spacious, kitchenette had basic cutlery, crockery, utensils. Washing machine on site. Most enjoyable stay.

We recently visited Larnaca for a tennis tournament and chose the Liv Urban due to its location right next to the tennis club. We were pleased to have a spacious room overlooking the courts so we could keep an eye on the matches. The rooms are very tastefully decorated and spotless clean. It was very warm during our stay but the A/C kept us cool during the day and in the evenings we enjoyed meals on our balcony. The beds are a bit on the hard side for our taste, particularly the sofa-bed. The sheets and towels are very good quality and comfortable.
What makes this place exceptional is the wonderful staff. Everyone we encountered, from the reception to housekeeping, were kind and caring and very service-minded. We would be happy to stay here again.

I really liked this place. The condition of the apartment was excellent. Loved the large balcony. The property is very close, within walking distance, to the tourist attractions in Larnaca. Thank you for the amazing stay and wonderful memories.

Lovely modern apartments, pre arrival communications were answered quickly and requests were sorted for our arrival.
Location is great, just a 5 minute walk to St Lazarus Church and square which is a great place to sit.

Overall loved this place rooms very comfortable, Clean, Modern and spacious with a large balcony .
All staff are first class couldnt fault any off them always friendly and helpful.
Only one think i wasnt happy about was the pool ??? On Hotels.com it says pool but there isnt one .

Amazing and super clean apartment! We were warmly welcomed. The wonderful ladies at the reception, Ina & Vicky were super helpful. Showed us way to Lazarus church (3-4 mins), Finnikoudes beach (7-8mins), arranged a tour around the island with Eman Tours. Lots of restaurants around the area. Lazarus cafe had amazing breakfast options. Can walk down to Mackenzie beach (20min stroll) where you can watch the airplanes landing. Apartment is opp tennis club so it was amuzing to watch players playing. The club has a restaurant. We had dinner there one evening. Great food at very reasonable prices (Closed on Sundays). We took the public bus from Finnikoudes beach to Aiya Napa etc. Apartment has well equipped kitchen to prepare simple meals and there is a washer/dryer near parking lot. Detergent/fabric softerner is provided!! Apartment was cleaned regularly and were provided with fresh towels etc. Will definitely stay here again!!

It is the second time that I stay at LIV URBAN. The place is really great - with friendly hospitality (special note to Mr. Toni, the reception manager, which is a great guy. and is more than willing to help with everything. He is really an asset).
The apartments are spacious, well-designed, and comfortable to use. The location is superb - only 6 minutes walk to the sea. The verandas are big and provide a fun area to work and breathe the air, and the rooftop is great to use if you arrive with friends and want to gather and drink together while watching the skyline of Larnaca.
Whenever I get back to Larnaca, I can't see any other place to stay rather than this.

Clean, well maintained accomodation with spacious rooms. Amenities like laundry, kitchen and rooftop terrace make staying here a pleasure for families.

The location is good, friendly staff and it’s relatively spacious. On the flip side: the rooms are not very sound proof (expect noise), the kitchen area is on the small side. Otherwise it’s fine, decent value.

Amazing Aparthotel with spacious apartments and really good taste in design. Everything was perfect during our stay , and Yogi, the manager really understands how the leave the best impression to his clients. The area is also perfect because since you need 6 minutes by walk to city centre it s not that noisy and not so crowded.I would definitely pick this place next time when I will come back to Larnaca.
