Fabulous location for a layover. Easy walk from the train or airport. Set in a complex with other hotels, shops, and eateries…but loads of other shopping and food options next door within the train station as well. The hotel was modern and exceptionally clean and tidy, including our room. Loads of seating in the lobby, as well as an on-site restaurant, snack shop, and nice park directly behind. Our room was spotless and well-appointed. The bed was a bit hard for me, but the pillows softer. The bathtub surface was incredibly slick. I ended up placing the extra towels down to shower which worked out fine. We ended up adding breakfast which is served adjacent to the restaurant. Pricey, but worth it. Two large buffet areas with just about anything you could want, plus made to order egg dishes upon request. Service at the breakfast area was extremely good, with employees constantly cleaning and replenishing. Besides the bed being a bit hard and slightly lumpy, my only other real issue was with the AC in our room. While you could feel cool air coming out, it would never bring our room temp down enough for me. Overall a good stay. Pleasant staff and lovely facilities. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful modern hotel with all amenities. Tastefully furnished rooms. A little on the pricey side but eliminates need for transport to the airport (5 minute covered walkway)

Great property! Worth the extra dollars - so convenient to ZRH as well as the train station. Staff were so warm and welcome! And the breakfast buffet was a baller!!

Housekeeping was very poor. There isn't even a coffee machine in the rooms, just instant coffee with hot water. For water, I can understand, there is a sustainable model kept in mind and only water carafes are given in each room. NOT even tea bags were refilled by the staff. the bed was made and a bit of superficial cleaning done, but other than that room service was poor. At breakfast, the cutlery was poorly washed. When we complained about this at a hyatt property the excuse given was this is not INOX! Really? Cleaning cutlery so it has no stains is importat. One evening we dined at Babel at your other property Babel, the food was overpriced for the quality received. overall not a very good experience. The mattress was definitely comfortable, but the room tight and no views!

My shower never got hot, room temp took hours to regulate

Needed a convenient location for an overnight layover. While a bit pricey for our tastes and needs it was a luxurious treat. Made the layover enjoyable.

Great for unexpected stop-over as very close to terminal

We stayed overnight at the Hyatt Place The Circle at Zürich airport. It is a very convenient walk from the airport terminal and our room rate was reasonable. The room was clean and everything was to our satisfaction. Overall I would recommend staying here if your need is a convenient overnight stay.

A good choice when flying out of the Zurich airport. The rooms are new and clean. The air conditioning was not great but it was comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful.

Property was just fine. They were very accommodating as we were bringing a dog which didn’t end up staying with us after all. The problem I found was that it was difficult to actually locate the entrance to the hotel and we found an elevator, it didn’t work so somebody had to come down and help us gain access to the elevator so that we could bring all of our many suitcases and dog kennel up to the actual hotel lobby.

during check in complimentary breakfast for pick up prior early flight has been offered by friendly check in lady only to be harassed next morning by different staff that this is not included. Not recommending to stay in this facility.

A comfortable stay at Hyatt Place !

The Hyatt Park is an airport hotel. It’s very convenient to the Zurich terminals. It’s new, clean, quiet and nicely appointed. Rooms are nice and the bed is the most comfortable one we had in two weeks of travel.

This hotel property is average and convenience for overnight to catch early flight. The room have pet odor and we’ve requested to changed to a different room. The second room wasn’t any better. The reception desk told us that the hotel does not have a designated floor for pets. We will not stay here again.
