This was truly one of the best experiences we have had at a hotel. The property was stunning. The room was out of this world. And the staff and service were some of the best we’ve experienced from our travels around the world. I cannot speak more highly of this property and its staff.

Xoma by Viadora was a fantastic experience. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure guests are well taken care of. The rooms were amazing, spacious, and clean. They look exactly like the photos. The beds were super comfortable. The property is located in a neighborhood that has many restaurants, cafe's, shops and a cute little park nearby. It was easy to get Ubers to and from the hotel. They have a fantastic restaurant on site with delicious food. The pool/rooftop area has a beautiful view of the city and they offer a free small breakfast every morning. I will be staying here on future visits and I am going to recommend the hotel to all my family and friends.

Every member of the staff was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast on the rooftop was beautiful and delicious. The pool and views from up there were amazing also. I will definitely stay again when I return.

This is an incredible place. We stayed at Exquisite Apartment for 4 nights. It is perfect for families with 2 adults and 3 kids. The bellman was amazingly friendly and the rooftop and interiors were spotless. The whole place is well-maintained and there's even a convenient restaurant downstairs, with super nice staff. Definitely worth checking out!

Xoma was a very nice hotel and was the perfect location in Mexico City. My family loved the hotel.

Great experience! Staff is attentive and professional! Would definitely stay again. The restaurant not so great, I found a hair in my French toast!! There are better places to eat walking distance.

We stayed as a family of four in the two bedroom apartment. It was a fantastic experience the whole time. Staff was so sweet and accommodating. The rooftop was a very cool place to relax and see the city. My kids swam in the pool a couple times while we enjoyed happy hour with a view. The apartment was spacious, clean and a safe, comfortable place to relax any time of day. I highly recommend Xoma and hope to return for another wonderful vacation.

We came to CDMX for a girls’ trip and the XOMA was perfect! We stayed in a Luxe apartment, which was perfect for 5 of us. The area is close to lots of eating and shopping in Roma Norte. We felt very safe. The rooftop was great to hang out and the complimentary morning breakfast was very convenient!! Highly recommend.

I can't overstate what a fantastic experience we had at this hotel! If you are travelling to Mexico City with kids, this is the perfect hotel! The apartment style rooms are perfect for families. It was clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. The terrace was lovely and enclosed and felt very safe. The bath products were nice, the showers were huge, the rooftop pool was perfect... I could go on and on. Bonus points for onsite diy laundry facilities. Dozens of great cafes and bars and restaurants are steps away. 10 out of 10! Thanks for having us. We'll definitely be back!

Our suite was gorgeous. The entire property exceeded our expectations. The rooftop deck and pool was a nice relaxing area with great views, and the free daily breakfast on the rooftop was perfect. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend!

Great location for food and shopping! Deluxe apartment was so comfortable and full of little surprises like a record player with various record options, tablet and Bluetooth speaker to use throughout the apartment. Soaking tub was relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Staff were super helpful and polite. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stunning hotel w amazing design. Huge, fabulous rooms w a beautiful roof deck that has a small pool and serves a small continental breakfast in the morning. Best part is the location in Roma Norte where all of the clubs bars restaurants and boutiques are located. It reminds me of Soho in NYC.

My group of 5 had a great stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We felt safe and looked after by all the staff. The room itself was modern, spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The rooftop was also an added bonus where there was a small pool and they served continental breakfast in the morning. The location was great in Roma Norte, walkable to all the great restaurants and bars the neighborhood has to offer. I highly recommend this property and would stay again when visiting Mexico City.

Stay was terrific but faced billing issues once returning to the U.S.. On arrival they asked for me to put down a hold for each of the 3 rooms that I booked with them. Their credit card machine was malfunctioning and they asked for me to return in a few hours as they held onto my credit card and I was happy to accommodate, these things happen sometimes. After a few hours I returned and the credit card machine was still not working and they asked for me to return the next morning to try again. Again, I had no issue with this since I can understand technical difficulties. Eventually the card was charged 3 times for the hold. Stay was great, clean facilities, central location, nice spacious rooms. It was not until my return did the headache occur. From the staff at Xoma, "In the last few days, we had problems with our bank returning your hold through the system. That’s why I dare to bother you by requesting the following information to make the process faster for your deposit". They requested, my swift code, bank account #, ABA, address etc. all things required for a money transfer but I was not okay with sharing my private information. Some wouldn’t bat an eye sending this information but at this point I’ve been dealing with them for days with this issue and I was not comfortable doing so. It's been almost 3 months since my stay and I'm still working on the dispute with my credit card company for holds on 3 rooms.

The architecture was unique. The furniture in the living room is a little worn and the daily cleaning was spotty. Floors weren't always swept and towels were not replenished during our 4 night stay.

The property was a good choice for our travel needs with its two bedrooms, two baths and living spaces. The front desk staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful, making us feel safe and at home. If there was one thing that could have been better would have been follow up on the housekeeping as refilling the minibar, bottles of water in the bathroom, tea, etc. was not done consistently. Also, a small but important toiletry item of mine went missing which was disconcerting and did not reflect well on the property.

Spectacular place. Architecturally significant building that is beautifully designed, inside and out. The staff is fantastic and attentive. The rooms are all apartment suites with plenty of room, giant bathrooms with walk-in showers, and ample seating. Our suite had a beautiful covered balcony with seating and plants. The rooftop is stunning and has a variety of upholstered furniture, with some dining tables as well as lounge areas by the small swimming pool; complimentary breakfast and coffee are served up there each morning and the views of the Valley of Mexico are amazing. I have stayed in many residence-style accommodations in Mexico City and this is the best without question. While not inexpensive by local standards, this place is truly luxurious. Clean, amazing amenities, so much space in the rooms. I will be staying there for all future trips to CDMX. WONDERFUL

This hotel was a surprise, it was a beautiful suite and lobby. We missed eating at the restaurant but I would definitely try it next time. We had the best nicest people helping at reception and at the front door. Very helpful even with our poor Spanish skills. Simple complimentary breakfast on the roof. Great value overall! Good neighborhood and walking distance to restaurants and bars but not on a super busy street. Online hotels.com photos were accurate representation of our suite. My only observation to keep in mind - we were on the 1st level above the restaurant and the music was audible in our suite. Bring earplugs or request a higher suite.

Fantastic. It felt so luxurious and everything was so wonderful. The staff was friendly and attentive. We felt extremely welcomed. The apartment itself was spotless and perfectly kept in good condition. We had a wonderful experience on our patio which is so unique. We enjoyed breakfast on the roof each morning as well as we had a nice night swim in the evening. We tried practically every restaurant within walking distance and never had a bad meal. Location is convenient to lots of great shops and eating. I can not wait to stay here again. It's the best building on the block. We were so pleased with this accommodation and are happy we chose this booking.

This was my second trip to Mexico City, and first time staying at Xoma. This place is a hidden gem. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were wonderful. Armando went out of his way to make sure that our group of 10 had everything we needed. His customer service, friendly smile, and willingness to help out made our trip so much better. The hotel is within walking distance of multiple shops and restaurants, so eating and shopping are not a problem. The apartments are HUGE, and very comfortable. There are not a ton of reviews about this place yet... but do your self a favor and just go. You wont regret it.
