I well recommend this place

Excellent, clean and nice.

Unfortunately the staff mostly didn't know English and communication was very difficult but they were friendly and helpful. They did their best to help me although the language barrier was an important point. Moreover, the quality of internet was not good. However, the neighborhood/location was great.

Rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. Temperature in the room is perfect. No noise from outside . Parking is limited but they handle excellent. I am very satisfied .

Fortunately we only stayed her to break up our journey from Cappadocia to Istanbul, however, I wish we just went for the full day of travelling. The first room we were given looked clean to the eye but the friday was filthy and there were wires hanging out of the wall in the bathroom. We were also on the floor under the restaurant so all we could hear was chairs being dragged across the floor. We then asked to move, after being ignored a few times by reception and then speaking to the manager who was very dismissive and didn't seem to care. The second room we had wasn't much better, wires hanging out the wall again but at least the fridge was clean and we couldn't hear the chairs in the restaurant as much. Disappointing stay and glad it was just the one night!

Really nice and easy. Even though case to a busy street, it was quiet. Staff is friendly. Location is very convenient. Walking distance to Kizilay and Tunali. I just did not like there was some cigarette/smoke smell. Not sure maybe in some rooms it was allowed to smoke or so.

It is a good hotel that is value for money.

Hi everyone. We had an incident at hotel entrence that my baby boy was sick and vomited on the floor and carried on in the room several time. I know it's discusting but sickness is sickness. So I would like to share with you our experience after this situation. Hotel stuff was very friendly after this situation and they made me feel good. They took care of cleaning and room service lady were very kind and indulgent. Whole all mess she got her smile on her face all the time. So, I am sorry for the incident and thank you million time for your help and kindness.

We stayed at this hotel for a month and felt like home if you can’t speak Turkish and visiting from a different country this is the best hotel for you they’ll literally help you with anything you need

Great location!

The staff in general is aweyand make you feel at home , and in particular people like Mr. Mehmet and Ms. Bushra at the reception and Ms. Nazik at room care and cleaning are going out of their normal duties to make you feel welcomed.

Hotel was a nice place,but the food service was little poor I had situation about bread when the cheft still everybody eating and I was asking waitress can I have more bread for me and my wife he said we out and he just took And my wife asked him for water melon and still 9 south and he said out too He wasn’t care about anything just to clean the table and to take all plates Thank you anyway

Very friendly Staff. Hotel clean. Had an issue with the AC they immediately arranged for another room. Breakfast is Good Room is excellent. If i come back to Ankara will definitely book here again Check in was smooth and quick i arrived at 5am

Bedroom and washroom stink. Washroom fan not working. Not only me other guests were complaining the same. Room very small compared to the online pictures. When asked that the washroom is stinking one of the staff came and sprayed the washroom after which we started having throat irritation for next 2 hours. When asked the hotel staff for point and interest and city map, there was no help from the staff, did not had any maps and response was very rude. There is only one elevator in the hotel and even that is very slow. I was only on the second floor so kept using stairs however other guests had a hard time accessing the elevator when spoke with them. I was booked for 2 nights but I ended up leaving the room after the first night. It was not worth it to have a my family go through it for another night. Watch out when booking this hotel, don't get fooled with low price, there is a reason.

It was a pleasant stay, very welcoming staff and helpful with everything we asked for. Great breakfast with a nice view over the city. The room was just like the pictures and clean.

I checked in at late night. Room very small and even not enough to put youe suitcase. Bed is not comfortable, smilly and wake up with iching. I booked and paid for 2 nights but i checked out on the first day. I couldnt stay more. While booking they put pictures of the room with spicious wide space bur reality totaly different.

Clean, nice hotel at an excellent location. Close to restaurants, bars, and other attractions but the hotel’s street is very quite. Breakfast was great, staff were friendly. elevator was small, otherwise everything was very good & pleasing.

We have stayed as a family of 3. We all enjoyed staying there. It was clean well decorated and in good condition. We loved the comfort of the bed with plenty of pillow. The only negative thing was the size of the room. But staying one night wouldn't bother it

The hotel was fairly clean. We had the bigger room with city view but the air conditioner didn't work well. Our friends had smaller rooms that were not in the corner and even though they were cheaper, their room was cooler than ours who paid more. Staff were friendly and even though only one person at a time apoke English, but they were as helpfu as they could be.

Nice hotel, very clean and good breakfast with a magnificent view of the city from the restaurant at the 8 floor. You can’t beat what all you get with the price you pay. Large room.

The hotel is certainly located. it's near the shopping ares of Ankara and all means of transportation are available near by.

Breakfast was sooo simple and room was so small. Do not trust photos of hotel.i book a suit but our room was double room .. soo bad..
