Everyone was friendly and attentive. Concierge booked an excursion for us and gave us tips on other excursions we booked before our arrival. We also appreciated the frequent pickup/ drop offs from our room to the lobby area on the golf cart. The food at the restaurant and oceans mixx bar was great and the rooms were clean. The hotel was a great choice overall.

Room service people don’t clean. They are nasty. All they do it remake your bed when ur not in the room. The pools and hot tubs don’t get cleaned. I get that it’s a 24 hour pool etc. but it should be a time during the day they are cleaned. It wasn’t to my liking. The food as well wasn’t tasty. And there is no room service at this location. I won’t be back

This was a beautiful Resort, all staff was very nice . Me-me, sandy, Felix, randy, Roger, J, to name a few. Even Gizmo the bird.... Rooms was nice and kept clean. Do wish the rooms have microwaves. Just about every food was brought out was warm close to cold did not like that unless we got fried food ( that bout only thing that was hot). And the wifi was terrible. Overall nice Resort.

Divi is the nicest resort on the island. It's been 25 years since we've been and Oceans at Divi has been added since as well the newer pools, pureocean restaurant, Gizmo's and Slice. The resort is beautiful, safe, comfortable, and has everything you could possibly want except room service. This was the only service we wish was offered that we thoroughly enjoyed at other all-inclusives we've experienced. We gave staff only 4 stars as we encountered a few very unfriendly staff members as well as a very disappointing experience ordering "special amenities" for our 25th anniversary celebration that was never fulfilled. Other than that, the beach chairs/umbrellas service was top notch! The managers who run the restaurants do a killer job attending to your every need. Housekeeping was very good. We will definitely go back!

There were a lot of additional expenses that were not made aware of prior. Service was slow and people were rude. We didn’t have our room cleaned and no clean towels for two days

There is not a single ashtray to be found anywhere on the property. Not at the bar, not at the restaurants, not anywhere on the grounds, not in the rooms. Need an ashtray, go to the gift shop and buy one.

This resort is a lovely gem if you’re visiting St. Maarten.

Stayed for a week with all inclusive. Restaurants aren't too bad, pure ocean is the best for dinner but very expensive without all inclusive to go every night ($100 per person). Some staff members were exceptional and added to the experience while others seemed grumpy and bothered to do their job - although they all did do their job mostly well. Beaches are beautiful and the resort has a lot of the equipment for checkout or rent to go out on the water.

This is a great resort. We went with a few other families and stayed at the Oceans side. The rooms were great with nice kitchens so we could keep some food on hand. The water and beach are perfection. We went at a busy time of year but there were still enough beach chairs at pools and beach. Fun live music many nights. Easy to rent a car and explore the island too. The mini mart on property is reasonably priced for a resort. St. Maarten is beautiful! Highly recommend

We recently stayed here and my family and I are still obsessing over our time on St Maarten. We loved everything about our stay-the room was great, the food was delicious, the entertainment was perfect-shout out to Tony! and the staff so friendly! We loved being greeted by Mimi each morning at PureOcean. The front desk helped rebook us a room after a canceled flight home. Definitely choose the AI plan! We cannot wait to be back!

Excellent friendly staff. However, bathroom was not clean— hairs, etc on toilet, shower, floor. Desks in room with hairs, oil etc Beautiful views and location. Bed frame has corners that will cut/bruise you if you are not careful.

The rooms were spacious and clean and modern at the Oceans building. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The restaurants were fairly slow in service. The property is right on the beach and very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The property is not far from the airport or Simpson bay or Philipsburg and the boardwalk. Accessible by taxi to the different areas. Very nice beach and pool.

Great time with my family. People were nice, property is clean and comfortable. Overall five stars. If I really really had to pick anything is the restaurant food variety. It all western style. Would be nice to experience some local culture. But as resort setup, it’s meeting my expectations.

Great resort! However there isn’t anything within walking distance and no type of night life at this resort. It appeared to be more for an older and/or retired crowd, but it was nice and relaxing.

Oceans rooftop bar and light menu excellent- especially for sunset.

We had a very nice room that had the ocean view. The food was good. Most of the staff were friendly. The beach and the water was so nice. It was so pretty there.
