We just stayed one night for a birthday party in Lytham. The suite was very clean and modern with well equipped kitchen and super bathroom. The property is conveniently positioned in St Annes and we had no problem parking at the rear of the property.

Loved our stay at the property and the staff were very helpful. It's a wonderful place to stay and very convenient to the local shops too. If there was one improvement that could be made, our bedsheets needed replacing as we stayed there 5 nights and not once were they changed or were we asked. The water temperature was also warm and I like a hot shower. However, I'm being picky here - besides those two items, it's an amazing place for anyone to stay and fully recommended. Thank you Prime Suites.

Prime Suites was an excellent find for a short stay whilst visiting Blackpool. The location was quiet, peaceful and of good quality. The suite was very modern, clean, comfortable and of a high standard, almost luxurious. It was also exceptionally quiet, surprisingly so given there are 6 suites in the building, yet we heard no noise whatsoever from outside of our suite, a key priority for us.
Communication and service from the providers, was quick, helpful and very professional. Check in and access was seamless with the virtual system.
All in all highly recommended when visiting nearby.

A wonderful little gem of a place. Short walk to all local amenities. Very quiet location. The way the key codes work made me feel very safe. Well equipped and really clean and modern. A really really lovely place. Highly recommended.

We stayed here recently on a trip to Blackpool, we were very impressed with the accommodation, found it to be very clean and well equipped. Communication prior to and during our stay was quick and informative. The only slight issue we had was that the apartment we were in was up 3 flights of stairs with no lift, however, it did not ruin our stay (just a bit further to carry bags etc). Would definitely recommend this accommodation

Great communication, lovely touches such as fresh fruit, biscuits, coffee machine and coffee pods. Netflix which was great for our grandaughter after a very long day on the beach. Super large shower cubicle, great for bathing her. Lovely large bath towels. So comfy thank you

Lovely cleaning lady who checked in on us daily if we needed anything. The place itself was lovely and perfect for a week getaway as a couple, had everything we needed! Great value for money and 5 minutes from the beach. Amazing dining options close by too.

Fabulous property for the price we paid. Lovely and clean and everything you may need has been thought of. Loved the complimentary fruit and water. This was an unexpected touch. The only down side is the number of stairs to get to the top. Had I been on my own with the children I would have struggled to get everything up but I was aware on booking.

Apartment was clean, well equipped and well located albeit this is in St Annes, not, as the name rather misleadingly suggests, Lytham.
We would stay there again.

Exceptionally clean and quality finish, excellent location for walking to centre and seafront. Staff are brilliant and very very helpful and apartment was spotless, great parking foc was a big plus.
