Kitchen - was lovely and well equipped Living room - was equipped and looked lovely Bathroom - lovely Shower - amazing Bedrooms - very spacious

Living room - sofas were hard and not comfortable Bedrooms - very uncomfortable beds and the road traffic gets very busy and loud even throughout the night. Also as there are no blackout curtains, the sunlight wakes you up at 5:30am

The cottage was well equipped, cosy, modern, comfortable and compact. Faultless communication with the host.

The cottage is situated on a busy road with very little pavement, and parking across the road.

The Old Post Office was clean, spacious (for 2) and very well equipped for a comfortable easy stay. For 3 or 4 it would have been cosy, but still fine. The location was 2.5 miles outside of Settle itself, but a lovely hamlet with a slightly raised position over the floodplain and lovely views. Very easy system to just collect the keys on arrival from the lock box and then deposit them when we left.

There are no nearby facilities on foot, so you will need transport to get to any restaurants, shops etc. Exiting the car park onto the road is treacherous due to no view to the right and locals not slowing down through the village. Take care, but also the village should put more signage or mirrors in place to avoid a serious collision.

Excellent location, easy parking, key in key safe so didn't worry about arriving later in the evening after work. Teabags and milk for our arrival was very welcome!! As was the Netflix access.

clean and perfect

Location of the property was ideal for us as we went to complete the Yorkshire 3 peaks. Lovely views, quiet village. Clean cottage, comfy beds.

Maybe an extra loo roll would have been handy as there was a small piece left on a roll, luckily I remembered to pack a roll. Not sure if the microwave is in working order? Didn’t seem to heat our food up?
