Nice quiet neighborhood, comfortable and well appointed residence, and great location. We were able to easily walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping.

We found the house as described and the location was excellent. We had some questions for the owner and he was responsive and helpful. Definitely a historic home. Really enjoyed the outdoor space.

Two adult children and husband and I stayed for family wedding in town. Absolutely ideal location, property just as described and it has two full baths which is pretty rare for most of these charming row houses. Tom was fantastic with communication. Highly recommend, would stay here in a heart beat again!

We, two senior couples, rented the property for the St Paddy's Day celebration in Annapolis, Md. Couldn't have been more convenient; a 5-6 minute walk to the heart of downtown with bars, shops, and restaurants. The house had everything one would want in a rental. Would definitely stay here again.

Tom was great to work with . We were able to check in early which was nice. His house was very neat, clean and comfortable. A short walk to all the shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was very well sorted and very pretty. It is just a few minutes walk from the heart of Annapolis but still very quiet.

Loved staying here!! The back porch was so nice to just sit and relax in at the end of the day. The location is close enough to walk downtown but far enough way from catching the noise of Main Street. Loved staying here and Tom was so helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is comfortable, roomy and quiet. However, the absense of parking proved to be very inconvenient for us.

Such a great location for two couple to enjoy a long weekend in Annapolis. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and Naval Academy.

We loved the location, but ran into problems getting into the house when we first arrived. The porch light did not stay on while we tried to figure out how to work the lock box, the box was not easy to open and the keys were difficult to use. It is also tricky to close the door once you are inside with such a huge lock box blocking the way. Shampoo would have been nice; there was none in either bathroom. Also, our adult children said the beds in the second bedroom were uncomfortable. But as I said, the location is great.

This property is in an excellent location, close to all that Downtown Annapolis has to offer but tucked away on a quiet street. We had a wonderful stay with our family. All of the home amenities were exactly as advertised and the owners were incredibly accommodating. We have relatives that have stayed at this property also and we all highly recommend it!

We found this row house clean and nicely laid out...each of the two bedrooms had an attached bath. We slept here with two of our grandsons, in addition to the large house we usually rent.
This would be great for people who like really soft mattresses, but we need really firm. I would have also liked a little more light in the master, as the only two by the bed were soft. Other than those minor things, it worked very well.

Loved our stay! We were back in Annapolis after living in tge area years ago. The house is very nicely furnished, has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The backyard is gorgeous and nice to sit in with morning coffee or evening wine. There was a little more to be desired in terms of cleanliness.
